Mr. Wilson, however, was not ready to let Richmond slip away so easily. He quickened his pace and caught up with Richmond, placing a firm hand on his arm. "Going so soon? Come on, let me introduce you to my family. I came with my wife and my daughter and they have been eager to see you."
Richmond, taken aback by the unexpected invitation, raised an eyebrow. "Meeting my potential in-laws so soon? You're much more eager than I thought. Eager to get rid of your daughter so soon?" He smirked sardonically, contemplating the amusing turn of events. "Let's do that later; I have a meeting I need to attend now."
Wilson, undeterred, insisted. He was eager to introduce Richmond to his daughter, the faster they were introduced, the better for the rest of them.
Mr Wilson had a deep frown implanted on his face, "At this time of the night?"
