Academy Stadium...
"Welcome back everyone for the second round of the Imperial Academy's tournament. We are graced today with the presence of esteemed nobles, who are visiting from their faraway home. Let's give them one hell of a show. Are you ready to show the greatness of the empire?" shouted the showman.
The stadium cheered and whistled.
Feeling satisfied with the response, the showman continued, "Let's then begin the round two, the qualifier round".
The audience shouted again cheering for their favorites.
Though most of the audience is made up of the academy students, there are many nobles and their families that are present in the stadium. Since the nobles are present, the academy has allowed betting but only through official means, i.e. the academy would act as an intermediatory.
The academy has opened a few counters, where one can place their bets.
