It's time to go to Odumun.
Everyone who wished to participate in the tournament had assembled at the academy grounds. The academy had already promised transport to Odumun and the reason for the little assembly here. The ones that are not here would find their own way to Odumun.
The ones who attained the top ten positions in last year's tournament in the academy and gained a spot in the tournament had to come with the academy. It was non-negotiable. After all, it was the academy's spots that they were using in the tournament, and not have to play the first-round battle royale.
If they arrive with their family, then the world would acknowledge their family instead of the academy for the student's wins in the tournament. Sure one can say that the academy can escape the student's loss, but it won't work.
