(Klaus's PoV)
When I heard that my family was already here from Liliana, I ran as fast as I could. I have to stall them as much as possible, even if means to get nagged by my mother. It's a sacrifice I had to do.
I'm not going to let my family know of my bedroom affairs. It would be more awkward and embarrassing.
When I reached them they were already at the mansion's main door (not the entrance gate).
I called out to them, "Mother, Father, How are you here already?"
Well, my tone was a bit out of order. Something parents won't expect from their children, especially when they have travelled long to see them.
My mother who was worried about me, didn't pay any attention to the tone but it seems my father did.
She hugged me and started to examine me with worry, "Klaus, Are you alright? Why are you running? You should be resting, not running through the halls", she reprimanded me.
Who can blame her?
