'MAGIC' Caster reeled after watching what he could never have conceived as real.
"I'm sorry mam, I did not realize that would disturb him." Yursa apologized.
"No worries Yursa, you know Tyrus is the only one that cares for those pleasantries."
Veronica wrapped up Caster and took a seat in a rocking chair near the fire. She turned to the two girls who were now giggling at the situation.
"Erin, Aria, quiet now. Would you both like to meet your new baby brother?" Veronica spoke.
"Yes!" Both girls excitedly ran over. Erin looked very similar to her mother, having both the blonde hair, freckles and green eyes of her mother. Aria took more after her dad with black hair and the pink eyes, but she kept the freckles of her mother. Caster though barely had time to recognize his new siblings as his mind was spinning.
'Magic is real here. She barely did anything now I'm clean and the mess was gone. Not to mention my mother acted like that was a simple trick. What more could it do? Maybe I could get back to Earth with it?'
As gears in Caster's mind clanked to life, his two sisters hovered over his face starting intently at him.
"Mom, he has your eyes! But what is that marking on his chest?" Aria questioned.
"That's due to a blessing darling. You and your sister also have one, we just keep it covered. If you look carefully on each other's back you will notice it." Veronica patiently explained.
"We have one too!" Erin exclaimed. "Aria turn around I want to see yours!"
Aria gracefully turned around and Erin opened the dress she was wearing to look at her back.
"I see it! Why is it so hard to see though mom?"
"Honey, that's to protect you both. People with blessings are coveted. If some bad people found out you had those they may try to take you. So, both of you remember to always keep that a secret between the both you." Veronica stared seriously at both girls. They looked back with fearful expressions before both seriously nodding their heads. "That goes for Castus as well. Do not let anyone know about this. Ok?"
The girls both nodded their heads. "Mom, can we go play now?"
Veronica nodded her head yes and the girls quickly left the room to go play. As they exited Tyrus returned wearing a new shirt. He seemed flustered by the whole ordeal still.
"Veronica, now that the girls have left, do you recognize the symbol of his blessing? I have never seen that one before, but I know your family dealt with blessings much more than I ever have." Tyrus promptly asked.
"No Tyrus. Even in my family's old records I do not recognize this symbol. I do not know if this will be a boon or a curse to Castus. I can only hope that it will be of assistance to him. We will have to wait and see." Veronica sighed.
"That's fine, its extraordinarily rare that blessings force individuals into negative circumstances." Tyrus sat down next to his paperwork. "It is a relief to know I have an heir now. I can't wait to tell some of those old fogies that were laughing at me for not having one at my age." Tyrus deflated into his chair with a smirk on his face.
'A heir. That means I'm probably noble born and I am his first-born son. I suppose it's a pretty decent start to have. I know I will at least not starve or struggle until I can look out for myself.' Caster thought to himself.
Veronica rose up from her seat walking towards the exit. "I'm going to put Castus back down now." Tyrus silently nodded his head.
After Veronica laid Caster down and left the room, he was left to himself to plan his future with his new knowledge.
'Magic. It was so effortless and beautiful. I wonder what it can really do? Regardless of what I do in the future I need to learn magic. That reminds me, that screen from before seemed like magic.'
On que the screen from before materialized in front of Caster. Caster jumped or would have if his baby musculature would have allowed him to.
'Jesus, so does it come and go at my will?' Caster tested his theory. Using his mind he opened and closed the screen like a popup. He also discovered it would always appear where he was initially looking and would move with his eyes if wished it to.
'Interesting.' Caster having satisfied his curiosity moved on to the information on screen.

Caster's baby mouth started to drool as he noticed the shiny new blessing in his skill tab on the screen. His small arm instinctively started to reach forward to discover more. He quickly shoved his curiosity down as he heard footsteps approaching the room and a dreadful thought passed through his mind.
'What if other people can see this screen?'
His suspicions mounted and terror started to run through his mind as he realized the implications of a baby opening up a giant screen over the bed. He quickly shut the screen and in came Yursa to check on him. While she was taking a cursory look, Caster's mind raced through the possibilities and he quickly vowed to be more careful.
