While Thriller Back was still two hours away from Dressrosa. Buggy and his crew had already reached the waters near Greenbit ahead of schedule.
"Captain Buggy, there are numerous Fighting Fish in these waters. If the ship continues like this, it will be attacked later!" Law, on the large warship, observed Buggy's plan to head directly to Greenbit and was alarmed.
"No problem," Buggy replied with a slight smile. "You'll understand in a moment."
As Law had feared, as soon as the ship entered within a few hundred meters of Greenbit. Countless massive shadows began to roam in the water around the vessel. They charging toward the large warship at high speeds. Even with seastone protection on the ship, these Fighting Fish were still leaping out of the water to attack those on board.
In the next moment, four or five Fighting fish jumped out of the sea. Each was as large as a small sailboat, hovering just over ten meters above their heads. They created an awe-inspiring sight. Law's eyes widened in astonishment.
"Get ready!" Buggy's voice remained calm and simultaneously platinum, black, and red aura of Conqueror's Haki surged from Buggy. The fighting fish that had just leapt out of the sea, was about to pounce on them. Suddenly its eyes went dull and they tumbled back into the water with white foam around their mouths, creating a series of "Legendary Magikarp Splash" sounds.
Before Law could fully grasp what had just happened, he saw the Fighting fish eyes one by one and they floated on the surface of the sea. Other Fighting Fish in the distance, sensing the danger. Quickly turned and swam away.
In an instant, the sea around Greenbit regained its tranquillity.
"You see, problem solved," Buggy said to Law with a smile.
Robin, standing nearby, also expressed surprise and admiration, saying, "Conqueror's Haki is indeed incredibly useful."
"Unfortunately, I was one step behind!" Bullet, who was behind them, grumbled with a hint of dissatisfaction.
Enel raised his hand and patted him on the back with a smile. "In terms of appearance, you're nowhere near as impressive as the captain or me. Haha, Conqueror's Haki is truly desirable."
Bullet clenched his fist and grinned at Enel. "I think you have the potential to awaken Conqueror's Haki. Why don't you let me teach you? You never know you might awaken it."
Enel's smile froze, and he hastily waved his hands. "No thanks!"
"Enel, I don't think there's anything wrong with what Bullet suggested," Buggy chimed in with a smile. "Conqueror's Haki often awakens when individuals firmly believe they are in a pinch and want to get stronger with their unwavering beliefs. With your self-proclaimed status as a 'god' and your mastery of the Goro Goro no mi, a little more practice might just awaken it. Keep in mind that Conqueror's Haki is considered the ultimate skill among the world's strongest."
"Captain, You are right. I awakened the Conqueror Haki while trying to beat Captain Roger," Bullet teased with a smirk.
Enel regarded Buggy with suspicion, but then he fell into deep thought and mumbled, "Well said, Captain! Bullet may get beaten by the captain every day but he still aspires to become the world's strongest! Even though he's still beaten daily, it seems like his Conqueror's Haki is necessary to become strongest."
As Enel uttered these words, he felt a sudden punch to the head, causing him to cry out in pain. Turning his head, he discovered that Bullet was glaring at him.
"Ah, I accidentally voiced my thoughts," Enel chuckled.
Everyone on the ship had now disembarked. They talked, laughed, and made their way off the boat. But Buggy's earlier words lingered in their minds. Was Conqueror Haki the ultimate Technuiqe in battles among the world's strongest? It seemed so.
Previously, they hadn't comprehended why figures like Redfield, Garp, and Sengoku always surpassed them in strength, but now, thanks to Buggy's words, those curious about Conqueror's Haki began to contemplate its significance.
However, individuals like Gabban, Doringo, Sunbell, and Jinbei were considered too old to awaken this power. On the other hand, Enel, Crocodile, Seraphim-Boa, and -Seraphim Hawk still had a promising chance of awakening. Especially Seraphim after all their counterparts have Conqueror's Haki.

Shirahoshi, who was sitting on her bubble, chimed in, "Buggy-san sure is good at this!"
"Is it possible to achieve this level?" Robin wondered aloud. "It seems to gather information after attaining a high-level observation Haki is so easy."
Buggy playfully patted Robin's head and grinned. "So, Robin-chan, you must diligently train your Observation Haki. Your Hana Hana no mi is well suited for Observation Haki. Your growth might be accelerated, and in a few years, you might achieve this level."
"Hehe, then I'll take it as your motivation Captain Buggy. I'll work hard," Robin responded with a gentle smile.
With a lively conversation, the group followed Buggy and quickly located the Tontatta Kingdom, home to the dwarves.
However, upon arrival, they found small houses perched on giant trees or nestled underground, but no sign of the dwarf tribe.
"Are they all hiding?"
"It's only natural to hide; after all, there are so many of us."
"Yeah, look at all of you, so tall and imposing. Who among you looks like a friendly figure?"
Robin and Kalifa, baffled by the situation, pointed at Bullet and voiced their complaints.
Buggy chuckled and called out in the direction of the small houses ahead, "Everyone, I'm Buggy. From your reactions and nervousness, it seems you've recognized me. I'm not here for anything else today but to propose a deal. Also, I'd like to meet your Princess Mansherry and invite her aboard my ship."
Hearing Buggy's words, Robin rolled her eyes and commented, "Buggy-san, you're scaring them off. Who would want to take a princess from their kingdom and make her a pirate? Really..."
"That's right, I don't agree with that," the S-Boa murmured.
Buggy gently placed his hand on Boa's head, gave it a friendly rub, and spoke with a smile, "Children, don't interrupt the affairs of adults. Dwarves are very trusting and tend to believe what they're told. So, it's best not to deceive them if you have any plans. They take people at their word, which is why you should be cautious."
"Eh? Wouldn't it be easier for us to deceive them then?" Shirahoshi asked in surprise.
"Shirahoshi, you've picked up some bad habits," Buggy said, smiling as he playfully squeezed Shirahoshi's, well, giant hand. "Don't learn from your cunning sister, Robin."
Robin rolled her eyes in response, and Shirahoshi giggled happily.
Before they could continue their conversation, a small man wearing a crown and sporting a long beard suddenly jumped out.
He stood in the middle of the path where Buggy and the others were heading and stared at Buggy for a while with a long stick. Then, he burst into laughter.
"Oh, so you came here to make a deal! Well, children, they're not bad people, just here for a business agreement."
Buggy's crew were taken aback by the simplicity and innocence of the Dwarves at that moment.
But when they had come to the Tontatta Kingdom, they had no intention of deceiving them. So, they quickly explained their needs and plans. Buggy even mentioned that he needed to grow many plants. But the river water, plants, and animals were all polluted by toxic substances and he sought their assistance in cleaning it up.
In return, he offered them a safer place to live, an abundance of food, and daily necessities. He assured them they wouldn't need to resort to theft and could openly coexist with humans and other races.
The description Buggy provided left all the people in the Tontatta Kingdom captivated. The living conditions he described seemed like a dream beyond their wildest imaginations.
After the members of dwarves tribes had calmed down from their excitement. A dwarf named Leo spoke with a hint of sadness,"Buggy-san, we appreciate your offer, but for now, we need to rescue our companions. Princess Mansherry has also been captured by those people. Our manpower is already limited."
"What a pity," sighed Tonta-Chief Gancho.
Upon hearing this, the other dwarves became downcast and sorrowful. Observing their plight, Robin and the other girls couldn't help but exchange sympathetic glances and look at Buggy with pleading eyes.
Buggy responded with a puzzled expression, saying, "Don't worry, since we're friends, I'll help you resolve this matter."

Buggy and his crew did not attempt to conceal their presence, and the sight of Buggy, along with the other members of his crew drew exclamations from the people of Dressrosa. Even Shirahoshi's presence in the group attracted considerable attention.
"It's so beautiful! Ahhh, the mermaid princess is so beautiful!"
"Oh my god! Did even the mermaid princess join his crew?"

Doflamingo not in Dressrosa? That sounded impossible.
However, the trembling spy spilt the beans, "Boss received news of your arrival yesterday evening, so he left overnight. He should be on his way to Wanokuni now."
As soon as this statement was heard, the people of Dressrosa and the surrounding pirates erupted in astonishment.
Doflamingo and his crew had been so frightened by God-slayer pirates that they had fled overnight. Wasn't this incredibly juicy information?
"That explains why I didn't sense the aura of any strong individuals," Buggy remarked casually.
He then turned to Leo, who was seated on a flying insect beside him, and inquired, "Leo, do you know where Doflamingo imprisoned your friends? Let's prioritize their rescue."
Upon hearing this, Leo eagerly raised his hand and responded, "I do! We've already gathered information and are preparing for a rescue, Captain Buggy!"
Leo's words caused quite a commotion among the people of Dressrosa.
The Doflamingo had imprisoned the Dwarves? This was shocking news indeed. The Dwarves were cherished beings protected wholeheartedly by the rulers and citizens of Dressrosa.
Even if something was stolen from them, it was considered a cause for celebration. The thought of anyone harming them was unthinkable.
Observing the reactions of the people, Buggy shrugged and remarked, "Why the surprised expressions? Doflamingo is a pirate, slave trader and weapons dealer. He have taken over Dressrosa by nefarious means to make a base in New World."
Another bombshell dropped as the people of Dressrosa heard these words.
At that moment, Seagulls flew overhead carrying newspaper. Buggy and his crew each received a newspaper and ignoring the astonishment of the Dressrosa residents started reading it.
The newspaper's headlines were truly eye-catching:
