In the monitoring room, a guard nervously relayed the situation to Director Magellan.
"Director Magellan, Buggy the clown has escaped from prison and is causing havoc! He's accompanied by Monkey D. Luffy, the supernova who Punched the Celestial Dragons. They're currently on the second floor, releasing prisoners!"
Magellan's expression turned serious as he heard the news. He immediately commanded, "Quickly, gather all available forces and intercept them! We can't let prisoners reach the upper floors!"
Just as the guard was about to relay the message, another voice interrupted, "Wait! The one with Buggy is Mr. 3-Galdino from the Baroque Workshop! He also possesses a Devil Fruit power. The situation is becoming more complicated."
"Contact Director Magellan again immediately!"
The guard nodded and urgently dialled Magellan's number. As the call went through, he informed, "Director Magellan, Buggy is with Mr. 3-Galdino, and they're heading to the third floor. The beasts from Wild Beast Hell are on their way to stop them, sir!"
Magellan's eyes widened in shock upon hearing this. He realized the severity of the situation and gave his orders, "Call the emergency team to deal with the released prisoners! We can't let them cause further chaos. I'll make my way there immediately!"
Back at the deep sea prison, Buggy, Luffy, and Mr. 3 had reached the entrance of the third floor when they encountered an enormous lion-like beast blocking their way—the Sphinx.
Mr. 3 screamed in terror, warning the others, "I told you to be careful! That's the strongest beast on the second floor—the Sphinx!"
Luffy exclaimed in awe, "Wow, this guy is huge and powerful!"
However, their attention was quickly diverted as a massive movement occurred on both sides of the corridor. They turned their gaze towards the commotion and were astounded by what they saw.
Emerging from the smoke and dust were all the released beasts from Wild Beast Hell on the second floor, converging in front of Buggy, Luffy, and Mr. 3.
Witnessing the overwhelming number of ferocious beasts, the prisoners who had initially followed Buggy promptly locked themselves back into their cells, realizing the danger they were facing.
Luffy, feeling nervous, turned to Buggy and exclaimed, "Uncle Buggy, what should we do now?"
Buggy, however, remained calm and showed excitement. He confidently waved his hand and said, "Don't worry, they're nothing more than dust to me."
Buggy's words puzzled Mr. 3, who was shocked by the beasts' numbers. Yet, he couldn't help but think, "Alright! Let's see the strength of a man who has been hiding for decades."
Luffy, previously enthusiastic, became serious upon hearing Buggy's confident remark. He stood behind Buggy, observing him closely.
Before the Sphinx and the mass of beasts could make a move, Buggy's eyes gleamed with determination. A powerful purple-red lightning-like aura erupted from him, instantly sweeping through the hundreds of beasts and the Sphinx.
In a matter of seconds, all the beasts, including the Sphinx, collapsed to the ground, unconscious. The whole area fell into stunned silence.
The prisoners and guards who witnessed this scene were left speechless and filled with awe and fear. They couldn't comprehend the power they had just witnessed.
In the monitoring room, the guards and Magellan himself were astounded by the display of strength.
Magellan's mind raced as he finally got through to the phone. He barked into the receiver, "Quickly, inform the emergency team to deal with the released beasts! I'm on my way. We cannot let them proceed any further!"
As the guards scrambled to follow Magellan's orders, Buggy, Luffy, and Mr. 3, unaware of the chaos they had caused, continued their journey towards the third floor, with Buggy casually flying ahead while holding Luffy and Mr. 3 by the back of their necks.
Buggy ignored the complaints of the two companions and used his Observation Haki to locate their target—a specific cell on the third floor.
Meanwhile, the guards in the monitoring room relayed the situation to Director Magellan, informing him of Buggy's escape and the ensuing chaos caused by the beasts. The situation was escalating rapidly, and Magellan was determined to bring it under control.
