Isabella's POV
I froze when I noticed the presence behind me. I hastily turned around with my heart pounding within my chest and I gasped at the sight of the huge figure that was before me. Standing upright was the biggest wolf I had ever laid eyes on.Though I couldn't bring myself to look into his face, I could tell that this was the cursed werewolf.
I could hear his heavy breathing and his aura was just suffocating. I knew he was staring down at me and I wondered if all he could see was his dinner. Just the thought of it almost made me throw up the little food I had eaten earlier.
The silence was dragging on for too long, so I gathered all the courage I had left to stare back at him. With his face hidden under the cover of night, all I could see was a glint of his eyes under the moonlight. My breathing quickened when he slightly tilted his head to the side.
