Chapter 6 - Siblings

Aaron found himself looking up at a nice wooden ceiling, the charm of the old was definitely there.

He recalled what had happened and immediately a picture started to form in his head, probably due to horror movies he had consumed but Aaron was pretty much certain that he had stumbled upon some cannibal family hidden deep into the woods, like in Left Turn or The Alabama Chainsaw Massacre.

He tried to get up from the chair he was sitting in, only to feel resistance as his hands were tied in his back and to the chair itself, his ankles were also well anchored to the chair itself.

Only now, he truly took in his surroundings, expecting to be met by a dirty and bloody room, probably covering in guts or something but it was a perfectly normal, well-kept bedroom, although only the marks of the bed were left on the floor.

There wasn't even any stench, it seemed like he was in any other old home, only the scent of the old greeted him, which wasn't unpleasant in the least.

Still, even if the place wasn't as horror movies had described, he was still tied up to a chair, so he used all of his strength, hopping a slight bit off the ground, making negligible progress toward the door, all he achieved beside his laughable movement, was to make a whole lot of noise, a old home for you.

Quickly enough, without any sounds of footsteps approaching, a young man entered the room with an amicable smile.

His short dark hair, seeming a bit ruffled, as if he had been wearing a hat or something on his head, he was a bit taller than average but not by much and he was dressed like the typical farmer one would see in media.

He wasn't wearing any sunglasses but Aaron recognised him as the man he had met before going into the woods, the one with more information than everyone else.

"What's the matter Aaron?" he asked and hearing his voice, the young man was able to easily connect the dots.

"The Stalker!" he gasped, not expecting the harbringer to also be the main villain, that was a plot twist he hadn't seen at all in horror movies, curiously enough.

"Yeah, who thought of that name? It grew on me but it is quite bland still" chuckled the man as he pulled another chair and sat in front of Aaron.

"It came from 7Sama..." responded Aaron as he looked everywhere for a solution to his predicament.

"What's the big deal? You came for the Stalker didn't you? Here I am, it is me and has always been me, although I didn't always have the attire, surely you noticed the earlier accounts have absolutely not sightings of me? That's because it was just me as I am now, not mysterious enough!" he tapped Aaron's shoulder who tried to force a laugh alongside the man, who definitely seemed very friendly in all circumstances.

"W-What do you want from me? Are you going to kill me and eat me?" asked Aaron, noticing the Stalker's cheeks puff up as he tried to supress a laughter for a second before laughing aloud.

"Oh you, Cannibalism? There is plenty of food everywhere, we don't need to hunt some sticks like you to eat" he responded but Aaron didn't ease up in any way.

"Then... What are you going to do?" the man's face went back to a neutral expression, only during this short moment of silence, did Aaron payed attention to his eyes, they weren't normal, dark purple or any purple wasn't a possible eye color.

"Why are your eyes like that?" Aaron changed his question, he might as well try to make him speak for a while.

"Ah, I don't know really, must be a genetic mutation or something, none of my two parents had this color and no one else in the family did as far as I know, their color is all that's different about them" he responded truthfully with a shrug of his shoulders.

"And hum... Who are these two women?" he then asked, right when he needed to think of question to occupy his captor, he felt like it was the most difficult thing ever.

"Ah, they are my half-sisters, my dad had me with one woman and then had the twins with another, nothing too out of the norm..."

The Stalker kept on talking but Aaron wasn't listening.

'Oh! The ropes are undoing!' he shouted in his mind, trying to keep the expression on his face intact as he did his best to break his hands free.

"And, if you don't mind me asking, why do they both have the same thing on their lips?" he asked then, not actually caring if it was a sensitive topic.

"I see where you're going with this, we aren't cannibals and neither are we incestuous freaks! Urgh... Makes me sick just thinking about it... Things like that happen on their own sometimes alright? Must have been something to do with dad seconds wife, I guess" he was quite distracted as he said this allowing Aaron to completely free his hands, leaving only his ankles.

It was good progress but he wouldn't be able to do much with just his hands, no running and he doubted he would be able to knock this guy out in one hit.

"Did you really have to put this images in my mind? In any case, I didn't respond earlier for suspens and shit but what do we want from you? That's a good question cause I don't quite get it myself, you know, my thing really is just scaring the crap out of people, maybe cut them a bit, blood is always impressive after all..." he began rambling as Aaron listened, unable to do anything about the ropes tying his ankles without alerting him.

"Anyways, one time, I chase someone and they trip, absolutely smashing their head on a rock, that is unfortunate but being the first time, instead of just letting the corpse there and going on my way as if nothing happened or hiding it in some weird location to make the people that love disappearances think a bit, I thought I should thoroughly dispose of it, I bring it here and my sisters, thought that this was a good occasion to do some witchcraft!" Aaron and th Stalker looked at each other, both incredulous.

"Can you believe this? Sacrifice to demons or something, anyways, so now I have to deliver some sacrifices to the rookie witches"

"That's all there is to it, my sisters think they can do magic and me, as their big brother, I of course lend a hand, even if I don't believe any of it"

"Disappointing huh? I know, there is no grand cult or anything, no mythical beast roaming the forest, just three hillbillies"

The Stalker sighed and stood up, exiting the room and leaving Aaron all alone.
