Elena asked Katerina to give her a price first. After thinking about it for a few moments, Katerina decided on a price that was slightly on the higher side. Katerina was not really too well versed in negotiations and things like that but her family had made sure to teach her the very basics. So Katerina was aware that starting the negotiations with a high price was advantageous but giving too high of a price was not good.
So Katerina told Elena the price of 250 million R and waited for Elena to bring the price down. This was completely within her expectations. But what Katerina had not expected was the step that Elena took next. Hearing the price of 250 million, Elena nodded her head with a carefree expression and replied
"Fine then. For this beautiful house, 250 million is too low. So I will pay you 300 million R and also a free chance to fight me and Tomoe. So I hope this deal is now final ?"
