The owner of the large caravan was a middle aged man. He inherited this caravan from his father and was doing very well as a businessman. But he was always hoping to become an immortal cultivator with the ability to command clouds and rain. He had the aptitude to become one but was never able to find a strong enough technique that satisfied him.
But recently he was accepted by a famous cultivation sect called the "Profound Vermillion Sect". So he was going to go there after selling all his properties. But money would not be very useful inside a sect as contribution points were mostly used there. So, instead of money, he was willing to get his hands on some strong magical moves in exchange for his caravan and shops.
