Chapter 22 - Selling Oranges

The old lady could tell that Ye Zhenzhen was not a local, so she thought that she changed her mind and did not want to buy all the oranges after the phone call because she did not think that they were good.

As such, she smiled and said, "It's okay, girl. Take two to try first. The oranges that we grow are very sweet and delicious."

As she spoke, the old lady bent over and took the two biggest oranges from the basket, then handed them to Ye Zhenzhen.

The old grandma thought that as long as they tasted the oranges here, they would find them delicious.

The oranges were good, but no one would buy them. Her granddaughter's school and living expenses for the year depended on these oranges.

There were very few outsiders here. She naturally did not want to give up when she met a customer who might buy all the oranges.

"No need, no need, Grandma. How can I?" Ye Zhenzhen said.
