Chapter 2 - Before Rebirth (2)

Lu Xiaoxiao pushed open the door of the villa and walked in. The interior decoration was exactly the same as her villa. Lu Xiaoxiao walked around the first floor and walked towards the bedroom on the second floor.

She came to the bedroom and saw two additional envelopes on the dressing table in the bedroom. She walked forward and picked them up. One was written with the words "For the fated person", and the other was written with "For my granddaughter".

Curious, Lu Xiaoxiao opened the envelope that had written "For my granddaughter". On it was a letter from her grandfather. He said that the jade pendant he had left for her was a space where she could store things. However, he did not know how big it was inside. He could only put things in and take things out. No one could enter or see inside.

It was only by chance that he discovered that he could put things in it. From the time he discovered it to before he died, he had put a lot of jewelry, jade, gold and antiques, and some things that he liked. They were all things that could appreciate in value. He said that he would leave them for her as a dowry. If she discovered this space, she must not tell anyone. He said that he had always loved her and tell her to live well.

When Lu Xiaoxiao saw this, tears streamed down her face. She told herself that she had to live a good life for her grandfather and herself.

The second letter was left behind by the owner of this space. He was from the cultivation continent and had built this space out of boredom. Later on, he felt that it was not good enough and casually threw it into the spatial rift. However, he still kindly wrote this letter to tell the fated person who had obtained the space how to use it.

There was no night in the space, only day. The area was only as big as the courtyard wall. Everything inside could be controlled by one's thoughts. For a day outside, it would be a month in the space, but it only affected the growth of plants and not humans.

After the plants matured, they would automatically be stored in the underground warehouse. If one needed to enter the space, they could just use their thoughts to indicate that they wanted to enter or leave. He kindly reminded her not to tell others about the space. He said that although he despised this space, it was a treasure to many people.

When Lu Xiaoxiao saw this, she also understood the origin of this space. However, why was this villa the same as in reality? She thought that since the space had already appeared, what was so strange about the villa appearing here? She should go to the underground warehouse to take a look first.

After she arrived at the first floor of the villa, she searched everywhere for the entrance to the warehouse. After searching for a long time, she finally found it in the storeroom beside the kitchen. It turned out that there was nothing stored in this storeroom. When she pushed open the door, there was only a staircase. It was as bright as day below.

The first thing Lu Xiaoxiao saw when she walked down was a pile of boxes in front of her. There were rows of wooden shelves on both sides, and there were many cloth bags neatly placed on each shelf. There were probably more than a thousand of them.

She walked to the box first. When she opened it, she saw many jewelry, jade, gold, and silver antiques, as well as many precious calligraphy paintings. She thought that these were left behind by her grandfather. If these things were exchanged for money, they would probably be more than ten times the amount left behind by her grandfather. She wondered if those people would be so angry that they would vomit blood when they found out.

After looking at the things her grandfather had left for her, she walked to the wooden shelf. She picked up a cloth bag with the word "rice" embroidered on it. Lu Xiaoxiao saw the cloth bag that was only the size of a palm and thought about it carefully. This was probably the legendary space pouch.

Lu Xiaoxiao looked at the space pouch with her thoughts and did not see the end. She did not know how big it was. She could only see that it was filled with white rice. Then, she looked around the pouch and realized that only the things planted outside were stored in cloth bags. The rest were empty.

Each of these cloth bags could only store duplicates of the one item and not two. After thinking it through, she suddenly heard an alarm and immediately sat up.
