At the Inn, Suou was checking the ranking Boards. The fact that he was only level 12 meant he could only try the tournament for low levels. With his Blood Manipulation skill, wouldn't he be able to breeze through and make the ranking boards even if he's at the very bottom?
There were a lot more people on the board than he thought with levels above thirty. He wondered what kinds of quests they stumbled across to already be that high of a level. Maybe he's underestimating them, it has been almost two months since the creation of Planet Genesis.
Closing the rankings, he got a message from Jule. Since they were all level ten or more, they were able to access the chat system. The level was changed by the creators with his permission. They said level 20 was way too much. As for Global Chat forums, the range disappeared. At first it had a radius limit, but now it doesn't.
