SONATA would admit that the caste was a thing of beauty.

She was impressed while looking up at the castle in front of them while she and Diether were walking on a smooth path leading to it. Hence, despite the abnormality around it, she thought the castle still deserved praise.
"It looks like a painting."
And it would have been perfect had not for the darkness that almost covered it.
"I know," Diether said, nodding in agreement. "It's one of the most beautiful castles on the continent."
Hmm.
Sonata wondered if it was the best time to inform Diether of the dark energy covering the castle.
To be honest, she was quite taken aback.
[Diether has a huge amount of divine power. Heck, he's even the commander of the Avari Holy Knights. So how come he couldn't see it?]
She decided to be honest with her husband since the situation was pretty dire.
