"HOW ABOUT you, Father?" Sonata asked while walking with her father-in-law. "What would you do if Mother suddenly asked for a divorce?"
"I knew it might happen, so I already talked to the king," Daniel, her father-in-law, said. "If Eleanor files for a divorce, I'm sure Diether will use his power as the commander of the Avari Holy Knights to immediately have the divorce processed. The temple doesn't encourage divorce, but they can't say no to my son."
"Father, do you want Mother to hate you even more?"
"I know the reason Eleanor hasn't divorced me yet is because she wants to see Diether become the Grand Duke properly first," he said, sighing. "But now that Eleanor knows the truth, I want to think she'd give me a chance to make it up to her if I beg harder."
