"I promise you, dear, the time will come when you can meet her and learn about your family" Ethan reassured her.
"Where is she now?" Delphine suddenly asked.
Ethan didn't know what to say.
He didn't want to lie, but he knew that if he had told her the truth, she might lose her focus on her training and all the efforts made up to that moment would have been in vain.
"She is at home with your family, don't worry about her. Okay?" he explained, trying to sound as convincing as possible.
"For now, focus on mastering your powers and preparing to come to Atlantis. Our people need you, and I need you. You'll meet your sister, I promise" he continued.
Delphine took a deep breath, finding hope in Ethan's words.
She deeply trusted him, and she would never imagine what was actually happening to her twin sister.
"You're right, Ethan. I have to think about developing my powers. Sometimes it's hard, especially mentally. But I want to make it" she confessed.
