"Finally, now I can move to conquering Noir and Rogue's territory, who are the strongest Primordials according to Testa and the others."
Satan closed his eyes as he sighed and sat down on his throne, in his castle he have had built base on Minas Morgul from one of the most epic trilogy ever created.
What can he say? He's a cultured man.
This castle took years to build, even with the help of magic. He wasted so much resources such as magisteel and the like to have this built.
Was it worth it? Yes. Yes it is.
"After I fully controlled Hell, it's time to move to the material world. Ultima has been making the bodies we needed to remain in the material world, but it might take a few centuries to have enough for my entire army to pass through."
Since demons are spiritual beings, they cannot remain in the material world for too long. At most, they can stay for a week before being forced back in Hell.
For them to fully able to remain, they needed physical bodies to inhabit.
Ultima has been making Homunculus made from Ultimate Steel, or Hihiirokane and other high quality materials. Of course, for lesser demons and greater demons, bodies made by magisteel and adamantite was already sufficient.
Since Hihiirokane is an extremely high level material, there aren't enough for Satan's entire demon army to have. Not to mention Hihiirokane itself possesses a will of its own and chooses its own owner.
They were reserved only for Demon Peers and some Arch Demons.
So, what was Satan's plan after he moved his army to the other world? In truth, he doesn't know yet.
He wanted to go to the material world just so he could find just what he wanted to do in this life of his.
He has no interest in world domination, much less senseless bloodshed. In his past life, he accepted the cruel massacre committed by his demon generals because it has meaning.
He wanted to gain the despair, fear, and hopelessness of human beings for his entire race to survive, and he was okay with whatever methods they used as long as it brought him results.
"Your majesty, Great Satan."
Satan opened his eyes, locking gaze with Rhein and Mizari who stood in front of him. "What is it? Did Carrera blew up another facility again?"
Mizari shook her head, "Nothing of sort, your majesty. However, there is an Arch Demon from Black Lineage requesting an audience with you."
"Black Lineage?" Satan frowned. He haven't had any interaction with that lineage before, how come they wanted to meet him?
"It's best not to think too much about it your majesty," said Rhein, "those demons from that lineage are whimsical lot, preferring to only do things that interest them."
"I see." Satan nodded, "let them in then. I will meet them."
"As you wished, your majesty." With a bow, Rhein and Mizari left the throne room to invite the demon from the black lineage.
Satan was thinking of possible explanations as to why such demons would meet him. Do they want a truce? No, that's impossible. According to Testa, demons from that lineage would not back down from any fight, even if they knew they would lose.
Some lesser demons from black lineage even challenged some Primordials from other lineage just because they find it interesting.
They are insane, to say the least.
Just then, Rhein and Mizari returned, this time with another male demon following behind them.
Said demon has a silver hair which made Satan think that he might be from Testa's lineage, but the dark skin tone suggests otherwise.
The demon is of short stature, wearing a black coat with white furred collar, along with a black eye mask that only shows his three eyes.
'Strong.' Satan observed the demon. Except for Demon Peers, Satan was sure that this demon wouldn't lose to anyone. He might even be capable of competing with weaker Demon Peers.
Testa already mentioned that the black and red lineage are the strongest demon lineage in Hell, seeing this little demon he Satan is already starting to believe her.
"Speak, Arch Demon. Why have you asked to have an audience with me?"
The white haired demon kneeled down, "Lord Satan, our Progenitor wanted to ask if it was alright to have a meeting with you."
Hm? Satan slightly tilted his head. That's it? Noir just wanted to meet him? Then why couldn't he just come directly? Formalities?
Well, that's fine. Saves him the trouble of finding him.
"Very well. Tell Noir that I welcome him anytime."
The demon nodded, "… that, your majesty Lord Satan, my progenitor wanted to know if do you have time now? He wanted to head here right away."
"Right now huh?" Satan did not immediately answer but turned towards Mizari, "Can you tell me what's my schedule for today?"
Mizari gracefully nodded, "Nothing of importance my lord. You have asked us to keep today's schedule to a minimum. So aside from meeting with Lady Ultima in her workshop three hours from now, your schedule is free."
"… I see." Satan nodded as he turned towards the descendant of Noir, "Tell Noir that I will wait for him."
"I will convey your words your majesty." The white haired demon nodded.
"Will that be all?" Satan asked.
"Yes."
"Then you may take your leave. Rhein, Mizari, see our guest out."
Rhein and Mizari nodded at Satan's words as they led the white haired demon outside the throne room.
Satan leaned back on his throne, watching the three demons leave the room before closing his eyes.
Unique Skill: Rule.
'Still can't evolve …just what am I missing?' He sighed in tiredness.
His other skills evolved, why can't this one?
Snatch has evolved into Ultimate Skill: Rapacious King, Valefor —allows him to "steal" any physical, spiritual, and magical construct within the area of effect.
With it, he can even take away other skills, and even memories.
Patron also evolved into Ultimate Skill: Blessing King, Barachiel—allowing him to give away "skills", "knowledge", "magicules", to whoever he desires.
It also increased his magicules amount, strength and the like the more beings who have received his "blessings".
But so far, his "Rule" still showed no signs of evolving.
He opened his eyes, showing an annoyed look.
"Just what am I missing?" He murmured.
...…
...
…
"So he agreed!?" Noir looked at the demon(his own descendant) in excitement, "He allowed me to have an audience with him!?"
"Yes Lord Noir." The white haired demon replied, he was the one tasked by Noir to act as a messenger to Satan.
"Then what are you waiting for!?" Noir showed his pitch-black bat-like wings, "Let us depart."
Noir was smiling in excitement as he flew towards Satan's castle.
Finally, he will get to meet the man he wanted to serve. One might call him weird, for someone having so much power to just surrender to another.
But Noir has never been interested in strength nor status. He was someone who followed his whims; a fickle man who would kill someone if he lost interest in them.
The moment Noir saw Satan, he had already decided to follow him, in the belief that the "truth" of the world will reveal itself to his would-be master, who will surely overcome many obstacles and achieved great power while uncovering secrets lost to time.
At first, Noir really thought that it would be Rogue whom he will serve with his reputation as being the overlord of Hell.
But when Noir fought him, their strength was about equal, and Noir eventually lost interest in him.
Someone so weak couldn't possibly show him the "truth", is what he thought at that time.
After the fight, he spent his days just sitting around in his castle, hoping to one day find someone who can help him realize his dreams.
He even suppressed his own evolution despite already having enough strength to evolve, because he believed that if he became too strong then it would be even more impossible to find someone who can help him.
You might ask, why didn't he search for the 'truth' himself?
Because he can't. He tried it eons ago and failed …horribly. It was then he realized that you can't search for the "truth", but it will only show itself to those who are destined to know it.
So he gave up; deciding to leave his hopes in the "destined" one who can help him.
And finally, he found him!
"Greetings Lord Noir, his majesty is waiting for you."
Noir glanced the Green and Blue primordials who greeted him at the gates of Satan's Castle. He couldn't help but shot them an envious look.
They were one of the very first demons to have serve and granted a name by Lord Satan, and Noir was feeling jealous at that.
But no matter, he will just aim to be the number one subordinate of Lord Satan!
"Please lead the way," Noir smiled at the two Primordials-turned-maids.
"Right here please," Mizari and Rhein motioned at him as they lead him towards the throne room.
Noir followed them, barely containing his excitement.
