[The experiment is having some issues right now]
Zion- What is happening? How long would it take fix it.
[Around 5 minutes sir! We are trying to go as fast as we can]
*Doors open*
Leon- Well, well, well. If it isn't Zion doing his little experiment again.
Zion- What are you doing here Leon? You shouldn't be here.
Leon- I am just looking out for you, don't worry about me I'll do nothing. trust me.
[Sir we are now able to start it again]
Zion-Let's hope this works.
[EMERGENCY! EXPERIMENT FAILED!]
Zion- IMPOSSIBLE! WHY IS IT NOT WORKING!?
Leon- Maybe I should take my leave now.
(13 years later)
My name is Gilbert, when I woke up I was next to a river near a village. All of a sudden, the chief of the village adopted me because I didn't recognize who I was and that is where I got my name. I have been good with the rest of the people from the village and they are nice to me as well. I also made 2 friends and their names are Robert and Vanessa. They have been my friends and I love playing with them but sometimes me and Robert always get in a fight and the one who separate us is Vanessa.
Today, I finally turn 16 and in the village there is a thing where once a person turns 16 they can go to their own path and leave the village but mostly all of them stay here because they are too afraid to go by themselves. Back then my mother (who was the chiefs wife) read me stories about how there are dangerous anomalies named behemoths. Lately I have been doing my research and studying about the behemoths that come out and eat people. I have read once that there was a tragic accident that happened in this village when a behemoth started attacking the village and how mostly everyone was killed until there were a group named The 8 Generals.
The 8 Generals are a group of people that uses different elements and from what I read, people look up to them and praise them and they call them the saviors of this world. I was really shocked how from the books they describe them as people that were gifted from God and their main mission is to defeat the behemoths and save humanity.
Now, it's time to focus on the present day.
*Footsteps*
*bang*
Robert- Yo! Gilbert, what are you doing right now?
Gilbert- I am about to get prepared to go to sleep.
Robert- Man, Get up! Did you forget what today it is?
Gilbert- Leave me alone, I wanna go to sleep!
Robert- You Bastard!!!
This is one of my friends I was talking about, his name is Robert. He is a stupid guy with no brain and always comes banging into my room without my permission. Lately he has been a drag to the butt and he thinks that he is someone to rely on the most.
Robert- I guess I'll have to force you out!
[Robert drags Gilbert off the bed and drops him in the floor]
Gilbert- HEY WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT FOR!?
Robert- I said I was gonna force you out of your bed
[Gilbert gets mad and stand up to Robert and look at him with anger]
Vanessa- Guys don't fight again, this is the millionth time you guys have started a fight
This girls is my other friend named Vanessa and she is very cute and caring and back then she was famous with every kid in the village and all of the kids will gift her anything to her.
Vanessa- C'mon Gilbert we have to go to the ceremony that is being held today for everyone that is turning 16
Gilbert- Do I really have to go?
Robert and Vanessa- Is that even a question? Of course you have to go!
This ceremony is a drag and I don't wanna attend at all. They will give a decision to either go by their own to explore the world or stay in the village for their rest of their life.
[The three of them arrive in the ceremony]
Gilbert- Did y'all decide what you guys are gonna do?
Vanessa- For me, I am gonna stay in the village and take care of everyone in here and I wanna take care of the children in this village.
Robert- I will stay to help out my family with all their work and even help out my mom for her to get better.
So that means they have decided already and I haven't at all. I only have a few minutes to choose what my decision will be. This is embarrassing.
[Some time later after everyone has chosen what their decision is and now it is Gilbert's turn]
Cheif- Now, you will now take a decision to stay or leave the village. My son.
Gilbert- My decision is to leave the village and go on a journey by myself!!!
[Everyone is shocked by his answer]
Robert- Wait, Gilbert don't tell me you are going to where the monsters are at???
Vanessa- It's too dangerous for you to go by yourself! Why didn't you choose to stay in the village!
[The crowd talking about Gilbert's decision]
Chief- Everyone quiet!!! He is the one who made the decision and he is responsible for his decision.
[The chief smiles and looks at Gilbert]
Chief- I knew you were gonna make that decision son!
Gilbert- Of course! I will not regret this decision at all!
[Gilbert starts packing up his stuff and gets prepared to be dismissed and leave the village]
Vanessa- Gilbert, Please stay with me and Robert! We can all live a good life and be happy together just like back then
Gilbert- I'm sorry Vanessa but it is my decision and my father knew that I was gonna make that decision as well
[Gilbert says goodbye to the village and tells everyone that he will be back soon]
Man what a drag that was, I never knew I would actually leave the village and explore more into the world. I guess it's time for me to start my journey and learn more about the power of the Elements and about the Behemoths.
