All deities are not like Anubis who despises humans.
Some see us as weak puppies who deserve their protection, those who see us as heretics who have no respect for them, and also those who want to forge some strong bonds with us. But these deities, making up the majority, have one thing in common.
Behind their friendliness or manipulative intent, they all aspire to one thing—recreation.
Then there is a group that seeks, among mortals, those who embody their ideals. Good or bad, depending on the deities.
A demonic god remains a deity, even though it is a harbinger of chaos and destruction. They are looking for allies, or even heirs—like Keranos.
Finally, there are the 'neutrals'. It is easy to attract the attention of the deities belonging to the first two categories, but not the 'neutral' ones.
