Ton struggled to maintain his stance atop the water's surface in the serene river's flow. The subtle movements of the river's current sent ripples through the chakra supporting him, messing to disrupt his balance and chakra as it sent him tumbling into the water.
"Ugh, this is tougher than the jutsu I practiced before. The constant water movement keeps messing with my chakra control," Ton muttered in frustration as his small piglet body was submerged once again. He regained his concentration and resumed the water-walking Chakra control exercise.
At the same time, two gorgeous women were standing opposite on the river bank, and Tsunade handed Shizune a piece of paper.
"Sorry Shizune, I am an idiot that I didn't even try to check your elemental affinity properly in the past," Tsunade said, cursing herself for being an idiot with her past self.
"Master, I am glad that you changed, and there is also my mistake that I didn't try to check my element and I was solely engrossed in mastering Medical Jutsu," Shizune remarked, realising her own mistake. Then she passed her chakra to the paper in her hand, after a few seconds the paper turned wet and fell out from her hand.
"Your elemental affinity is water, and luckily, I have a variety of water-based Jutsus at my hands. You can start by practicing these Jutsus. Once you've got the hang of them, I can introduce you to more advanced ones," Tsunade explained as she took out a set of scrolls and handed them to her student. Shizune nodded, engrossed in reading through the water Jutsus, while Tsunade made her way to a shaded spot beneath a nearby tree.
'It's been a while since I devoted time to practicing Jutsu... Maybe I should try out some new techniques while I have the chance,' Tsunade mused, her attention briefly drawn to Ton's determined efforts in the river. She unfolded a small scroll with a sense of intrigue, a thin cloud of white smoke into the air from the scroll.
"Yes!" exclaimed Ton, a surge of satisfaction rushing through him as he successfully executed the Chakra control exercise on the water after numerous failed attempts.
'Accomplishing something through hard work is truly rewarding, but I can't stop here. I still have to master all the basic Jutsu,' Ton thought, his sense of achievement driving him to continue his efforts. He moved on to practicing the other fundamental jutsus.
Next, he focused on the Substitution Jutsu, repeatedly performing it on the ground. While he managed to grasp all three basic Jutsu, executing them swiftly remained a challenge. Several months passed through his transmigration, during which he diligently learned all the basic Jutsu under Tsunade's guidance. Despite his progress, he still needed to improve in their execution.
Today, Tsunade had given him a week to perfect these foundational techniques, and Ton felt a surge of excitement at the task set before him.
"Water Style: Water Bullet Jutsu," Shizune announced. She focused her chakra to create a strong stream of water that shot toward a big tree. The impact splashed water around the tree and on the ground. Shizune wiped her mouth and smiled, happy with how her first attempt went.
"Even though there are more Jutsus to learn, I'm determined to finish my training in a month. And there's a lot more to learn about Medical techniques," Shizune said, knowing that there was still a lot for her to study and practice.
"Why did you call for me, Tsunade-sama?" asked a small, reddish-brown slug with green patches on its skin. This type of slug was good for delivering messages. It could store information scrolls in its stomach without any sticky substances forming, which made it perfect for carrying messages.
"Send this to Katsuya. She's busy overseeing the construction of your territory, and I don't want to disturb her," Tsunade instructed, handing over a scroll. The red-rusty slug swallowed the scroll into its stomach and vanished in a cloud of white smoke.
'At this rate, Ton should be able to complete the task I assigned to him. Shizune doesn't seem to have any issues either, except for some medical-related questions. I can provide her with answers to that. Then finally my practice depends on Katsuya's response,' Tsunade contemplated. She reached for an apple from the basket that Shizune had prepared for their lunch.
'However, I must take Ton to the Shikkotsu Forest after this. I have limited knowledge of how chakra functions within the bodies of animals, having primarily focused on human subjects throughout my career,' Tsunade thought as she enjoyed her apple. Her interest in Ton's case was driven by her desire to expand her understanding of medicine beyond its human applications to animals.
'Could Ton potentially grow to the same enormous size as a typical summoning creature within the Shikkotsu Forest? If I can uncover the underlying causes contributing to their size, it might shed new light on potential human applications. But I mustn't rush this research; it's a lengthy process,' Tsunade pondered, her gaze fixed on Ton diligently practicing the basic jutsus.
Tsunade stood up, discarding the apple core, and walked far away.
"Alright, time to take a break. Lunchtime, you two!" Tsunade announced, her voice ringing out across the training area. Both Ton and Shizune paused in their activities, wearing contented smiles. Ton dashed excitedly towards Tsunade, leaping onto her chest in a manner that he seemed to consider a reward for his efforts. Tsunade couldn't help but be amused by his pervert behaviors.
Meanwhile, Shizune's gaze drifted downward on her chest, a hint of melancholy in her eyes as she couldn't help but compare herself to her master in certain aspects. However, the trio soon settled onto a spread-out blanket, ready to enjoy the meal that Shizune had prepared.
The food was quickly devoured, especially by Ton who seemed to relish the taste. "Mmm, this is delicious!" Ton exclaimed with enthusiasm, looking up at Shizune with admiration. She returned his smile with a warm one of her own.
"Your cooking is truly remarkable, Shizune. I must say, you'll become a wonderful wife someday," Tsunade commented, her tone light and approving. Her words were met with a slightly embarrassed smile from Shizune.
"Thank you, Ton and Master. I've actually been cooking since a young age," Shizune admitted, a hint of blush gracing her cheeks as she shared a bit of her personal history. Memories of her early life flooded back – the days when her uncle was away on missions and she took charge of the household responsibilities, honing her culinary skills out of necessity.
As Tsunade praised Shizune's cooking, a shadow crossed her expression, her thoughts wandering to memories of a past love. She had heard her former lover speak highly of her niece's culinary talents, a bittersweet reminder of a time long gone by.
"Then I will marry Shizune!" Ton declared with a burst of enthusiasm, breaking the lingering somber atmosphere. Both Shizune and Tsunade were taken aback by his sudden proclamation, the surprise-filled their faces.
"Hahaha..."
"Hahaha..."
The tension dissolved into laughter as they shared amused glances. Tsunade and Shizune couldn't help but find humor in Ton's unexpected declaration.
"Haha... What about me then, Ton? Are you going to abandon me? Didn't you always appreciate my... ample breasts?" Tsunade quipped, her playful tone causing her chest to jiggle with her movements. Shizune has black lines on her brow as a result of her master's shameful behavior.
Ton's expression turned serious, his small snort mouth slightly agape. He shifted his gaze between Tsunade's chest and Shizune's, his tiny head moving left and right as he contemplated his response. They could say he fell into deep thought which he had to choose as Shizune also waiting for his answer from him.
"Then... I will marry both of you!" Ton exclaimed with a mischievous glint in his eyes, causing Tsunade to burst into uncontrollable laughter, her hand clutching her stomach. Shizune shook her head, a fond smile playing on her lips.
'Phew, I broke the sad atmosphere, and acting like a child is extremely excellent for this atmosphere,' Ton reflected, as he always does this type of behavior to make them laugh whenever they recall the previous turma.
"Alright, you two, practice some more up to the evening, and then we'll enjoy a pleasant dinner at a restaurant in the Hidden Village of Yugakure," Tsunade declared once the lunch was done. Shizune and Ton responded with nods of agreement, fully on board with Tsunade's plan. With determination in their hearts, they resumed their training sessions, focused on honing their skills.
