That day, after school, Aubrey went to visit Rhyland at his place as usual, all to Elena's delight. Ever since she had been spending time at the Darling's mansion, she had progressively gotten closer to Rhyland's mother. As such, Aubrey has begun to consider Elena Mueller as a maternal figure of sorts.
As for Elena, after having been exposed to Aubrey's scent for an extended period of time, her condition had become more stable. Upon realization of how much she had been neglecting her son Rhyland in mourning her husband, she was overcome with regret. Since then, she strove to become a much more caring and loving mother to Rhyland, something that the latter appreciates immensely.
