Unbeknownst to Jeffrey, his misery had just begun.
Jeffrey watched in horror as blood oozed out from the cut in his hand. To his utter shock, the wound did not heal. Instead, it bled and bled.
'Impossible!' He thought. 'I'm a vampire! The injury shouldn't have hurt this much and it definitely should've healed faster. Why do I feel so weak, so human?' Once again, Jeffrey began to breathe heavily as he struggled in vain against the restraints. But just as he was able to move the chair slightly, the blonde man appeared behind his back and placed his hands on Jeffrey's shoulders, keeping him locked in place.
'What kind of strength is this?! Why can't I move?!' He wondered.
Then, Jeffrey's eyes widened as the amber eyed man drew closer.
"I bet you are wondering about a lot of things right now." The other man said in a deceptively calm voice.
