"Yes, his supposed true mate instilled the idea in him. Whenever I remember what he did after claiming to have loved me, I am terrified. It mostly happens when I get intimate with the man," she confessed, sighing in frustration.
"I am sorry you had to go through all of that," Theresa sympathized, tapping her hands worriedly.
Smiling, Aurora lied, "It's been over five years, I am fine."
"If you were fine, you wouldn't be having problems with this man. Why not confide in him? Maybe you could both overcome your phobia together," Theresa suggested.
"No, he actually wants a child from me. We are not emotionally close," Aurora quickly replied. "And he doesn't care about my feelings, he is only after the child I am to conceive," she added.
Theresa could already imagine Damien's attitude towards Aurora. He seemed oblivious to the emotional aspect of their relationship and would benefit from therapy just as much as Aurora did.
