"What the hell is happening? Where are they?" Chang-min's voice rang through the corridor, sharp with panic. His breath came in ragged gasps as he ran, his pulse thundering in his ears. Fear twisted his gut, his mind racing through worst-case scenarios faster than his feet could carry him.
His eyes, wide with terror, darted frantically from door to door, searching for any sign of them. His face had gone deathly pale, dread sinking its claws into him with every second that passed.
Behind him, Tae-min and Tae-jon sprinted to keep up, their own fear mounting as they checked the wards one by one.
Han Min-jun and Kim Seung-joon had vanished.
Gone.
As if they had never been there at all.
