As both Noir and Sheila enter the backroom of the Phoenix Guild lead by Solean, they all could see the room is filled with so many people with the green apron. All of those people keep walking, and going around places doing a lot of things. Solean keeps on walking as he stop inside a rune circle.
The rune circle seems to be made of with the same material that is used to write the Ceremony of Graham, 'Rub'. Although from the smell, Noir could tell it's a little different than the Rub that is used for the Ceremony of Graham. Noir hesitate for a moment as he raise his hand to ask.
"M-Mr. Sol, w-what.. are these.. rune?" Ask Noir as he looks around the rune.
"Oh! It's a special rune circle, it's made out of 'Rub' with an extra magic touch with it. Just go inside the rune circle with me and everything will be fine" Answer Solean calmly as he smiles happily.
Noir and Sheila nervously step in the rune circle, as Solean snap his finger. Noir vision start to go blurry and fuzzy, their vision distorted as a particle of fire surrounding them. In a span of second, all of them is now somewhere else. Their surrounding is a view trees here and there, some hill slide in front of them as they could see the sun much clearer than when they see it in the morning strolling through the street of Kortopia.
After a thorough lookout on their surrounding, both Sheila and Noir realize they are at the mountain behind Kortopia. Noir still has a confuse look on his face as to how they ended up on the mountain behind Kortopia. Sheila though, understood already how such thing could happen, the only explainable explanation for their sudden change of location.
"So... This is what you call teleportation huh.." Said Sheila as she glances at Solean. Solean just smiles with his mouth and eyes.
"Correct! That rune circle is actually an instant teleportation to the mountain behind Kortopia, i called this mountain 'The Dawn Rises'. Since it's the closest spot to looks at the rising sunshine in Kortopia. The best of the best! Haha!" Said Solean as he raise his head out of arrogance and pride of himself.
As Solean just laugh pridefully and raise his head high like his pride. Noir though, still a little bit confuse how such thing called 'teleportation' could be made and use. Though with all the question Noir has, he stay silent. As Solean done laughing off, he starts to walk away from the others. A view steps after going away from Sheila and Noir he stop. Solean turns around and raise his hand as his finger point to the sky.
[Tier 1 Fire Magic : Spark of Phoenix]
As from Solean finger, appear a small red magical circle with. A spark of fire can be seen and the spark send off to the sky leaving a bit of smoke behind. Solean smug, as he smile at Sheila and Noir taking a stance. Sheila understood instantly what Solean is about to do as she also steps away from Noir. Noir having a cute confuse face not know what is going on, he just look left and right over and over again.
"Now... Noir! FIGHT ME WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT!" Shout Solean as his red robe starts to burn with small fire all over his robe.
"W-What? Huh? How?" Said Noir as he is not prepare at all and still very confuse over the situation that is happening right now.
Solean not waiting for Noir to prepare he start to make another magic circle, a bigger one than the first.
[Tier 2 Fire Magic : Scorching Ray]
As a single big fire launch toward Noir. As the fire keep coming and coming toward Noir, he doesn't know how to react. Out of instinct, Noir starts to create a small blue magic circle and create a vorpal sword.
[Tier 1 Magic : Vorpal Hollow]
A hollow reflective sword appear on Noir right hand, he throw the vorpal sword towards the big fire that is coming after him. Both the vorpal sword and the scorching ray crash into one another. As a big explosion erupt from both magic crashing into one another. Solean clap his hand slowly, as he create 3 magic circle as big as the scorching ray.
"Fantastic! Now... I wonder how you get out of this situation, HAHAH!" Said Solean after clapping slowly, 3 red magic circle appear behind him and starts to spark fire.
All 3 magic circle launch the same spell as earlier as 3 scorching ray is launch toward Noir. Noir sweats a lot as his heart beat very quickly, the adrenaline is rushing in his vein. Noir starts to focus on his Ether and starts to flow them and make an Ether Armor. Noir takes out his real steel sword and rush toward Solean. Solean eyes widen as he got a little surprise on what Noir is doing.
Noir keeps charging toward Solean as all 3 scorching ray start to get closer and closer to Noir. Noir feets start to radiate Ether as a green magic circle appear on the ground following Noir. As the wind starts to concentrate near Noir legs, the green magic circle starts to glow.
[Tier 1 Wind Magic : Leap of Magic]
As all 3 scorching ray starts to get very close to Noir. Noir suddenly get a burst of wind and he jump really high vertically dodging all 3 scorching ray. As all 3 scorching ray hit the ground and a huge explosion happen. Although Noir dodge all 3 scorching ray, the shockwave from the explosion of the scorching ray make Noir lose his balance in the air.
Noir start to fall after vertically jumping high in the air, as the first thing hitting the ground is his face. Noir faceplant into the ground and rolled over to spread the damage all over his body. As he crash down, Noir try his best to instantly get back up. Solean has a shock face, as he sees a new way to dodge such explosive magic.
"Bravo! Spectacular! What a way to dodge, You are truly interesting! But... I shall intensify the battle!" Said Solean complementing Noir unique way of dodging. More spark of fire starts to appear on Solean robe.
[Tier 3 Fire Magic : Scorching Turbo]
As a bigger red magic circle appear in front of Solean. He point his right hand and gesture a finger gun behind the magic circle.
"Bang!" As Solean said that, a huge spark of fire appear on the magic circle.
As a concentrated flame appear and burst out toward Noir. This spell seems to be concentrated toward the middle as the fire seems to be spinning, approaching Noir menacingly. Even from afar, the heat of the fire can be felt by Noir. As he sweats even more than before. Noir stand still as he starts to take a proper stance.
Noir raises his blade high in the sky, as he starts to concentrate even more than usual. Solean and Sheila face start to turn to shock out of surprise, Sheila drop her jaw as she never even seen such way to use magic, while Solean has his eyes widen as what is happening in front of him is beyond his expectation.
Many blue magic circle appear behind Noir all over the places. A red magic circle also appear in front of the blue magic circle, not too far away from one another. As both magic circle got closer, both magic circle start to combine and create a unique way of using magic.
[Tier 1 Magic : Vorpal Hollow]
[Tier 1 Fire Magic : Ignite]
Both of this spell starts to combine creating a much bigger magic circle leaving behind 5 big magic circle all over the place behind Noir. As inside Noir minds, he remember something that Sheila used to tell him.
In the harsh winter, Noir keeps on swinging his sword repeatedly, as a figure can be seen approaching him. The figure tap Noir shoulder, Noir got surprise for a moment and look behind him to see Sheila, his instructor.
"Oy kid! Stop what you are doing. You keep on and on swinging a sword, have you never get bored?" Ask Sheila calmly.
"Why not think of something on how to use magic while swinging that sword?" Said Sheila as she continues to ask question after another.
"Hmm... A-Alright Teach!" Answer Noir as he continue to swing his sword.
"Now now, the sun starts going down, go inside!" Said Sheila as both enter Bolevante house.
Back to the present, Noir has found a new way to make his own 'Fusion Magic'. As he concentrate beyond his soul and Ether existence itself, as if time froze. Noir swing his sword forward as he open his eye, a new kind off magic has been born. A way that no one has ever though off...
