Raymond stared at the hand with which he had pinned Alina against the wall. Her words had provoked him and it took almost everything within him not to silence her right then and there.
Why was he currently staring at his hand though? That's because in the heat of the moment when he held her neck, a strange sensation had shot through his arm, spreading to his whole body but due to his anger, he hadn't cared to pay any attention to it.
However, sitting at the edge of his bed now, he vividly recalled that tingling sensation.
Thinking carefully, Raymond realized he had also felt this sensation during their first encounter in the woods, when he was busy holding Alina back, preventing her from attacking Vanessa.
This better not be what it is commonly described to be. Raymond thought with his eyebrows furrowed- he definitely didn't like that idea.
