Back in his room. Noah stood some steps away from the closed door and tried to get his mind off the guilt and anger tugging in his heart.
Though he tried to kill this woman a while ago, the guilt of his actions couldn't let him be at rest.
He realized Becky had impatiently left after the long time he had taken. He felt relieved about it. He was not in the mood to explain anything to her.
"Let me go! I've done nothing to you! Please let me go! Why do you want to kill me? After what you've done to me you want to take my life too?" The tearful voice of the lady re-echoed in his head again making the blood in his body boil.
He shot his eyes close tightly, thinking that releasing a breath would wipe the burning guilt that intensified and ached his heart but it did not.
He knew that his heart was burning with more intense desire and longing for this lady, but this hatred had savoured his mind already to allow the feeling of guilt to take control.
Noah cursed inwardly, he didn't want to dirty his reputation. What will other packs think of him now that he has broken one of the laws guarding all the laws of the seven pack of Crystaline?
Abstaining from drinking blood from a human was not the only oat they took, but also the power to control the sexual desires of werewolves among humans.
If a human should ever let them have an affair with them, it should be willingly and not by force.
It was not his fault that he let his anger get the best of him. After all his father was dying because of this same human they have to avoid.
His father was known as the weakest alpha of the seven-pack, Noah knew other alphas would surely get back at his father if they ever learned that he had broken one of the prominent laws.
Other packs break the laws, but when one law is broken by the Red Dragon pack, it becomes the worst of all laws to be broken.
All of these thoughts set his mind ablaze. Even now that he was coming out of the bathroom after freshening up to ease his mind, he still felt the heat that ran down his body. He suddenly felt the need to get fresh air. Unable to shake the image of the woman off his mind, he went out of his room and ran towards Beca Hill. Slowly, his wolf took control of his body.
"Aeooow!" He howled, his jaw crackled, and he felt that pain he went through the first time he shifted.
Looking around to make sure that no one was looking at him, he shifted into his wolves.
Lux and Alcabab howled sprinting towards the hilly forest.
He hid his white wolf in a darker corner of the dark forest so that other wolves of any pack couldn't locate it either through scent or physical attack. His having this white wolf was still a secret his parents warned him to make sure no one knew about it.
Through the mind link, he contacted his six betas.
15 minutes later, his six betas stood in front of him.
Elvis, Xavier, Jaxson, Emmett, Declan and Luis, in their human form, stood in front of Noah's black wolf with a smile glued to their faces.
Using mind link, he yelled, 'You bastard! It's all because of you that I did that.' Noah pounced on Elvis his closest beta.
'Boss, what is all this? What have I done?!' Elvis panicked as Noah's claws tore his skin.
With another swift attack from Noah, Elvis dodged in time.
Other beta dared not to stop Noah from releasing his anger.
Being close to him these years has taught them a great lesson to know how Noah acted when he was angry.
Noah could kill without batting an eye doing so in his angry state but after, he would lock himself up and regret it for days.
They didn't want this to happen now that his father was in the state he was in. Without thinking, they joined hands to stop Noah.
They tore Elvis out from Noah's claws where Elvis was already fighting for his life.
"Boss, please that's enough! Let him go now. You might kill him." One of them pleaded.
"It was him, I know his the one that brought the idea of bringing her to me to torment me. You bastard!" Noah rushed towards Elvis again.
"Boss, what do you mean by that? We thought that you would be happy you got her. What have I done wrong in bringing her to you?" Elvis was still unable to understand what his boss was talking about.
"What you have done wrong huh?! You brought her to torment me!"
"No boss, that's not true!" Elvis dodged another attack coming from Noah.
Not only Elvis was the only one who was shocked at what Noah said, but others also gawked in surprise. They had thought that bringing their enemy's daughter would please him seeing how frustrated he had been all these days. They were confused as to why Noah would act like this.
He had tracked Pedro several times and vowed to attack his family member if he was not able to get Pedro himself.
So why was he acting like this now?!
Noah couldn't understand what was happening to him, he was losing himself, and he knew he was going to kill someone if he didn't control himself. Everything just set his mind in confusion.
The anger he felt now was more than the anger he felt on the day his father was shot.
And he knew it was because of that woman.
Why was she doing this to him? She should be the one feeling this much pain because he was the one who hurt her, but it was the other way around.
Elvis wiped the blood on his lips as he shifted back to human. The others helped him up as they watched Noah retreat and sprint out of their sight. Just like that, without explaining anything further to them.
"Jaxon take Elvis back, Xavier, Emmett, and Declan let's go after the boss, we have to make sure he is okay," Luis suggested.
"Sure!" All the betas said in unison. And went after Noah.

Back in the house, Becky paced impatiently in Noah's room. Earlier she had left in a hurry when Stessy her closest friend called her for an emergency in their pack.
Now returning to Noah's room hoping he was there, she was disappointed and she couldn't help the feeling that everything was not going well with him.
She went off the room immediately hoping to see him outside in the garden.
She knew that Noah was the only one who could hide his scent in times of distress when he solely needed to be alone.
But getting to the garden, she didn't see any sign of him.
Just when she was about to go back into the house, she met Jaxon helping Elvis into the pack house.
With the scratches that covered Elvis's body which was unable to heal faster, she knew it was all Noah's doing.
"What happened to him? Why did Noah do this to him?! Where's Noah?"
