This was not how it should be. No, she was not supposed to meet him as an enemy again.
Why did fate rewrite her destiny?
Why did fate take her back to the hell she faced with him in her old life?
She was supposed to meet a better new life as promised by the gifters of good destiny. But how come her new life was more like trading in the same part of darkness?
LOVE, FATE, and DESTINY, don't you think you're so cruel?
But no matter how bravely fate could twist their meeting –HE IS HER DESTINY AND SHE IS HIS SURVIVAL!

"Ugh!" Joseline grunted, rammed her fist on the car wheel to release her frustration but ended up hurting herself.
Quickly she dropped her purse on the front passenger seat and inspected the bruise. She sighed at the sight of the crimson-red blood on the bruise.
"Damn, everything!" She cursed under her breath. 9:30 on a Friday evening and she was lost on a nameless road in the crazy city of Crystaline.
Nobody was picking up her calls. No one knew she was lost and at the point of seeing her end.
"How will I get out of this hell of a place?" She questioned her lonely self and peered around.
The darkness that lurked around took her by storm and sent shivers down her core.
The cold sweat that trickled down her body made her beating heart have no room to think about how she got herself into this dreadful place and how the hell she could get out of it.
Opening her mouth to shout for help was the worst thing she could ever dare to do if living was still one of her priorities, because any minute her voice was heard in this dangerous place, she would see the night creatures coming after her.
"Dear lord, save me from this. It's just two days to my wedding day and here I am, lost in a place I don't know." She mumbled a prayer to herself but this prayer was far from been granted. There was a little chance that she would survive before her faint voice could get to the one she prayed to.
The worst of it was that her car broke down in the middle of this place she couldn't describe.
All she saw in her eyes was darkness. A reason to flee before the night creatures find her.
A hot pain surged through her chest, burning and ripping her heart piece by piece, all attempt to breathe was like a crashing wave on her body.
She screamed inwardly, cursing herself for forgetting the only thing that kept her alive.
Her medicine, how could she have left it in the shopping centre?
Father had told her she should allow Mary to go with her to the market, but the load of work to do for the preparation of her wedding gave her a reason to assign Mary to do a lot of work in the house forgetting that she was a patient who needed one to watch her back even when she lays on her bed to sleep.
For the fifth time her fingers dangled inside her purse and in the car to make sure she was not fooling herself, but fuck it all! Every attempt she made to find her medicine was damn futile.
"Someone should please pick up my call." She leaned back and placed her head on the headrest.
As much as she tried to escape the pain she felt, it weighed her down. Feeling suffocated, she opened some buttons on her shirt and secured the window control button in her fingers and the window went down. It allowed the cold air that went in to make her feel a little bit alive even though she was afraid that something or someone could poke its face into her car and descend on her.
Just then her cell phone rang.
"Oh, finally." Joseline sighed. Her frustrated life had made her fond of speaking to herself especially when she was depressed and soaked with the pain of her health.
She picked up the call and the voice of her friend Jefferson brought the hope that she would survive the sickness killing her now.
"Hello Jeff, I've been calling you but you're not picking up my calls?"
"Josie, I'm sorry, I missed your calls. You don't sound okay to me. Is everything okay?"
"No. Where are you, Jeff? I need your help here, I got stuck in a lonely road. My car broke down."
"I'm sorry Josie, I won't be there as quickly as possible. I have an emergency again. The wolves are hunting humans by the hillside. Several humans had been bitten and turned into wolves. It seems their motive tonight is to increase the number of wolves in their pack."
"Oh Jefferson, I can't believe you're risking your life again. What if those monsters get you? It's two days to my wedding day, and I need my best friend by my side."
"I can't leave the group now, or else my boss would suspect me. I will contact Roland to help, he didn't come with the group today. Where exactly are you?"
"The problem is, I don't know where it is, but I can see it is on a hilly road."
Joseline heard the hissing sound of Jefferson's panicked voice over the phone. "How will I be able to find you?"
"I don't really know. This place looks deserted, no sight of humans in the area."
"Have you contacted your Dad?"
"His phone kept saying switched off."
"It would be hard to find you. But hold on, I will think of a way to help." Jefferson sighed.
Joseline remained silent and waited for Jefferson to come up with a plan to help.
"Hey, are you there?" Came the voice of Jefferson again.
"Yes, I am."
"I thought of an idea. It's a quick idea, we shouldn't have wasted our time thinking. Turn on your phone location."
"Yeah, that's great. Good idea."
Immediately she turned on Google Maps and Jefferson detected her location through her phone number.
"Hello, I can finally locate you. Keep your phone on. I will send Roland over."
"Alright, thank you so much. But tell him to be quick I don't know how long my battery could keep up with it. I'm in a dangerous place."
"It will take about 30 minutes before he could get there."
"Alright. Thanks, Jeff. You're always there in time of need."
"What are friends for? Anyway, stay safe."
"Yeah, I will."
Joseline released a frustrated sigh. The more she tried to get acquainted with the darkness, the more it sent a reason for her to fret.
She took her purse from the seat, her bruise was still bleeding. As she looked closely at the bruise, somehow she perceived the smell of the blood that was now mixed with the lavender perfume on her skin.
She sighed and checked the time, it was 15 minutes to the hour of 10. The most dangerous time in the city of Crystaline.

From a dark corner in the bush, a group of men squinted their eyes viciously to find any unlucky prey. The taste for something that smelt fishy and metallic was boldly written on their teeth which had turned into that of a beast as humans would call it.
But they knew among themselves that they were not beasts, they were just humans who fell victim to this paranormal world and to survive they felt the need for something more delectable and comforting, and that was 'BLOOD'.
"Effff." One of them sniffled and said, "Hmm, I smell something sweet and spicy here. It is disturbing my sense that I can't focus."
"Elvis, be careful, you know tonight's hunt is strictly for our Alpha's son." Another man cautioned.
"Yes, I know but that doesn't mean my nose can't enjoy the scent of blood and a mixture of lavender. Ohh."
"Efff."
"It's amazingly spicy to my nostrils." The third person joined the conversation.
"And I believe it's from a female. Why do females always smell sexy? Making us men feel our hardness stand." Elvis said again.
"Come on guys, shut the fuck up and focus." The second man spoke again.
The view of the woman they perceived her scent was close to their sight now.
"I knew it all along it was a woman. This was quick and perfect. Let's take this one to Noah immediately before those hunters come after us." Elvis said.
"Sure." They all agreed and shifted back to naked men moving towards the woman in her car.
Close to the car, they locked around the car. Their breath heaved dangerously.
The woman before their eyes was soundly asleep, heaving a heavy breath and damn her luscious lips made their tongue flicker in their mouth rapidly.
"Is this not Pedro's daughter?" One of them noticed and asked.
Another man looked closely at her and confirmed, "Yes, she's the one. His second sicky daughter."
Looking properly at her, they were sure she was the daughter of Pedro, the man who poisoned their Alpha.
Pedro was the father of Joseline and also a well-known RPS security agent in the city. The RPS security agents were people specially trained for tracking down and killing the werewolves to wipe them completely out of the city as they see werewolves as a threat to the lives of mere humans. He also worked in one of the hospitals that produced the hardest poison specially made to kill werewolves.
"Guess who Noah would be happy to see." The first man that spoke said again and the others parted their lips in a satisfied smile.
"What a perfect hunting tonight." The second man spoke again and raked his hand towards the car door. He flung the door open sending the freaking sound of the broken door into Joseline's ears.
"Ahh! Who the fuck are you?!" Joseline jolted up in her slumber.
