Adela's Point of View
I attempted to rouse early this morning but failed to do so, as I neglected to set my alarm.
I had intended to converse with Archer upon waking, but upon rising, he was nowhere to be found. They mentioned he had left to attend to something. It wasn't work-related, for I went to his office at the hotel earlier, yet I didn't encounter him there.
Consequently, I find myself terribly bored at home once again. Primo isn't here because he fetched Aunt Helena, who is now heading back. Olivia was taken along by Primo, leaving me no choice but to endure the solitude.
I paid a visit to their grandparents' rest house to tend to the garden. I even attempted an afternoon bike ride to dispel my boredom, but it didn't quite liberate me.
In our hometown, Baguio, biking is the perfect antidote to my ennui, but not here. The biking ambiance here just doesn't resonate with me; I prefer having many companions.
