Adela's Point of View
Two days have passed since Primo and I parted ways. We've been avoiding each other. In fact, I haven't seen him at all for the past two days.
I freaking miss him, but who am I to act that way in front of him? I refused to tell him the truth. Why should I throw a fit when I'm the one who's hurting more?
When, in fact, it should be him who's hurting more.
I'm currently at Olivia's bar; she invited me because she said she missed me. She even suggested we hit the bar to help me forget faster.
She knows about what happened because I told her. According to her, we're both fools, but she thinks I'm the bigger fool for not confessing the reason why. She didn't ask me about the reason, so I remained silent.
Well, she doesn't need to ask because she already knows that Catherine ordered me. She doesn't want to meddle, so it's up to us to figure out how to fix things.
