Adela's Point of View
"The two of us? What are we?" Primo inquired once more in a clearer manner, his face still in close proximity to my ear.
But I finally withdrew my body from him to get a better view of his face.
"What are we supposed to call ourselves, you mean?" I queried, and he slowly nodded, appearing almost childlike, which brought a smile to my lips.
I played my fingers on his shoulder, then I turned my gaze back to him.
"We are friends," I stated with a grin, causing him to furrow his eyebrows.
I chuckled at his immediate reaction.
"Do friends kiss?" he interrogated irritably.
Now he is the one who's pissed off.
"They do. There are stories about people who are friends with benefits," I teased, making his frown deepen.
"You just want the both of us to be friends? Friends with benefits? Is that all?" he inquired in annoyance, which prompted me to laugh even more.
What a cute jerk.
