Back within the confines of his own tent, Marcus now lay sprawled out on his bed. The young omen was now wrapped in various bandages around his torso, head, and arms.
The bandages around his torso and head looked fine enough, but as for those around his arms, they were loosely wrapped and revealed some of the pale and sickly skin underneath. The bandages extended from his fingertips all the way up to his shoulder, but it was doubtful said bandages had any effect.
As Marcus lied in the bed with his chest slowly rising up and down between labored breaths, the slit of the tent opened where one lone man had just entered.
This newcomer was Alex and as he entered, he looked to a side of the tent where a woman was now sitting lazily at a desk watching the injured Marcus sleep.
Sigh
"You know, he only has a little over a week left before-"
"I know," Felicia spoke cutting Alex off.
