As the two individuals the boy seemed to command lunged at Aramin, the man himself only sat in his chair calmly. Aramin didn't seem to have a care in the world for his safety or the girl's as the two men approached closer and closer.
It was almost like time had slowed.
The men couldn't have been any more than a few feet away from Aramin, yet they seemed to be moving so slow. Thirteen didn't even seem to feel an once of fear even as she continued to 'sleep' with one eye barely open.
Aramin, on the other hand, had both his eyes closed and only let out some air through his nostrils. In the next moment, the two men that had been mere millimeters away from touching Aramin dispersed as if they'd never been there to begin with.
The boy who'd snapped his fingers didn't seem at all fazed by this as he only stood there with his arms crossed and the same mischievous glint in his smirk and eyes.
