These were among the various statements being repeated over and over amongst various people in the crowd. Some screamed hatefully at Marcus and those around them and would suddenly start attacking people closest to them.
Others that weren't engulfed in a incomprehensible rage stood immobilized in fear, and were often the ones being attacked.
Like this, chaos had descended and a riot ensued.
Where the execution was being held was in a relatively confined space. It was taking place in a rectangular shaped area within district 6 known unironically as the 'Execution Grounds', and tall buildings surrounded the area on all sides. There were four street exits to this area that were each located in the middle of either sides of the rectangular area, and at these exits were at least two guards each placed on either side.
