Chapter 127 - Training (part 2)

- 15 days later -

Over the last fifteen days I had accomplished quite a lot. The most notable change was that I accessed a new Saiyan form I had never seen before. It wasn't odd for Saiyans to have forms unique to themselves from time to time, but this form had caused me quite the shock.

Due to my constant Ki control practice while trying to learn new techniques, I finally overcame the final bump to unlock my next form which I assumed would be Super Saiyan 3, but instead I unlocked a form quite different than anything I had seen before in the dragon ball work.

In this form my hair changed to a deep dark purple if I didn't have the system costumes white hair activated, various shades of purple and white lightning arcs danced about my body, and my aura was filled with the same ancient Kryptonian magi hieroglyphics that my magical heat vision had. The form looked similar to Vegeta's Ultra Ego, but I knew it wasn't the same, because although I was leagues more powerful in this form than in Super Saiyan 2, I knew it wasn't on the level of a god quite yet.

The earlier bone and magic transfusion had affected my body on a level that I was still unaware of. Although the system had said it didn't affect or change my dna, it had clearly impacted my Saiyan growth to some extent and had changed me fundamentally. I could see myself going down a whole new path that Saiyans never had before. I didn't know quite yet if that was a good or bad thing.

The only bad part of this form was that I could only currently activate this form for around five minutes before it went away. I hadn't quite mastered it yet. Aside from that I had also pretty much figured out each ki attack I had been practicing to a certain degree I was satisfied with.

The first Ki skill was something I named Ying Yang Blast. I had figured out how to combine the two orbs of ki in both hands by swinging my arms up in a circular motion and colliding the two before pushing out at great speed. The blast was around five times stronger than my typical Ki blast's and only a few seconds longer than normal to do.

My second Ki skill Moonlit Rain was the main reason I unlocked my new Saiyan form. It required great control and skill to separate the ball of ki into many thousands of tiny specs of ki. In the future I hoped to separate it into millions, but this was good for now. I had gotten my other two skills to a point I was satisfied with in four days. Moonlit Rain was what consumed the rest of my time and took up a total of eleven days and was the skill I was currently most proud of.

The third and final Ki skill Theia Destruction caused me quite the damage while learning, but it was the most simple of the three attacks. The original problem I had with the attack was it's instability. I fixed this simply by having the ki ball above me rotate like a basketball or planet. It's constant motion kept it steady and in place and after building up enough Ki, I simply needed to throw it at my target.

Looking at my new Status, I was more than satisfied with what I saw. I had grown quite a bit from this short training session. A lot more than I had bargained for.

With 15 extra days to spare, I decided to alter my plans a bit. Originally I thought about trying to learn a new ki attack if I had the spare time, but I thought about it some more and decided to put it on hold. I also thought it would be fun to practice Fusion with someone in the future considering I knew enough about it to probably do it. The thought of fusing with other DC heroes sounded pretty fun and I honestly couldn't wait to try it.

I felt something else was more important and a very easy way to increase my power currently though. It was time to get married while peace was still a thing.

Picking up my phone I dialed Hila. After a couple of rings she answered. "I thought you would be in training a while longer? Is something wrong?"

I shook my head no even though she couldn't see me currently. "No, I just finished early. If it's okay with you, I was hoping to do what we were discussing not long ago and have our wedding as soon as possible. How about this week or next?"

There was a pause on the other end of the cell phone and then I heard Hila's giddy voice. "Why not today? Where are you?"

I laughed lightly at her words. "A shotgun wedding? Royals like us can't afford to do such a thing. Let's make a celebration of it before the world turns to shit".

Hila sounded worried. "The Invasion you spoke of? There are still no signs of such a thing. How are you always so certain of things? I'm leaving my room now, I'll meet you in the throne room. Let's talk and figure something out together, I have something I need to tell you anyway. It's important.."

I didn't answer her question and instead hung up the call before leaving the holodeck and heading to the throne room. I wasn't marrying Hila just because of the technique at this point. Since she had been living here she had grown on me quite a lot and I honestly felt if someone was marriage material, Hila fit the description. She always put me first even though I was at most times selfish and didn't have her in my eyes and she always made time for me when I needed her.

If anything, it was me that needed to work on myself for a happy future marriage. I needed to learn to be more open. Looking at Vegeta Zor-El, and how he turned out it was apparent to me more than ever. It was also about time that I revealed my identity to her and maybe the others as well. She at least deserved to know even if she already kind of did know due to certain circumstances.
