The first thing Lawrence did was to find his precious cat and the other two.
When he comes out of the room, his eyes notice a small white dumpling rushing from the office entrance towards him.
He crouched down just in time to catch the white dashing ball jumped nimbly on his arms. Kevin, who was still the same ragdoll cat with beautiful blue eyes were meowing complaints in his ears. His small meat paw pad were hitting his left shoulder, clearly showing his grievances.
One of the police officers who saw this scene laughed. "Ah, Little Rence did you finally decide to adopt the cat?"
"That one has been relentlessly following you since you went to that murdered Math teacher's house."
"Yeah, even followed you to your house." Another officer chided.
"It's okay if you don't want to keep him. We can keep him as our house cat here in the office. He's quite diligent in catching the mouse and other cockroaches in our desks."
