Ash locked the door. Ace glanced around the room. Like a typical teenager, Ash' room is filled with school textbooks in the middle shelf and collections of mangas on both the top and bottom shelves.
There's also a computer desk in his study desk with notebooks piled at the side.
"Ash, I will wash Kevin in your bathroom. Take a look at what this usb is for." He handed the usb from Kevin's collar to Ash.
"Okay, the bathroom is there."
Lawrence's eyes followed Ace's back until the door closed behind the bathroom.
Inside, Ace slowly removed the jacket he used to wrap around Kevin's body. The mud had semi hardened on Kevin's fur. Even the blood had turned into dark red, almost indistinguishable from the mud caking his soft fur.
"Meow, meow." Kevin's clear eyes look straight at Ace's cold eyes. His paw was outstretched in the bathtub. His chin raised high.
