An hour later, Prince Zheng and his father, the emperor, returned to their castle. They went into the residence tower. There were 10 floors in the residence tower. The ground floor was treated as a hall, and it was rarely used to celebrate anything.
The emperor and his family resided on the fourth floor. Emperor Gerald and Zheng headed to their respective rooms to change their attire. Moments later, the prince came to the living room. He was wearing a light, white short-sleeve shirt that was tucked into grey trousers. The living room measured 100 by 60 metres. The three sofas in the space were arranged to form the V shape. The centre sofa was shaped like an arrowhead, and the emperor sat on it. The emperor was dressed in a red shirt and dark blue trousers. There were unique royal epaulettes on the shoulders of the red shirt.
Emperor Gerald watched his eldest son take a seat to his right. He said,
"We suffered a beast barrage today."
Zheng widened his eyes and controlled them back to their previous shape.
"Brave City suffered a lot of damage. We lost a lot of good men. Fortunately, the civilian casualty was small. This is because most of the civilians were successfully evacuated into bunkers.
"The attack made me realise something. The kingdom really needs stronger means to defend itself when I'm not close by."
The emperor became silent. He was waiting to hear what his son had to say on this matter. Zheng was a co-supervisor of a project called the Super Gun Project. The super gun was a shooting weapon that was as big as an anti-tank weapon, had higher destruction capability, but was portable because of its inexplicably light weight. The emperor preferred to call it the portable canon.
Zheng said, "The solution is the Super gun.
"It could have come earlier, but we stopped its release because of traitors who would sell the ammunition and the shooting weapon to the unwanted. We could control the distribution of the weapon, but we were afraid of shrinking the bank.
"We have come to the point that we must act. We have to increase the intensity of the secret service within the mainland, the rest of the kingdom, outside our borders, and other territories. We must make sure that the rest of the world does not know the secret that we used to craft Super Gun bullets."
Emperor Gerald nodded. He was satisfied with what his son had said.
A Super Gun bullet was moulded from molten Evahmore. Evahmore was a metal that could easily be enchanted by a mage or any magical beast. Under the secret decree of Emperor Gerald, the Camelot secret service made the super gun bullets. After, the bullets were secretly sent to the emperor, who enchanted them, making them magical bullets that were deadly to all supernatural beasts except him.

Location: Brave City bunker B1
A man in a black tail suit, white shirt, and black pants walked among the crowd in the bunker. Most of the time, he successfully interacted with the families and individuals he met with. Sometimes he managed to make them laugh or smile before he left to meet other people.
Beifong Xie, the man in the black tail suit, walked with a walking stick in his right hand. He had a moustache and a goatee on his face. He stood 5'9 feet tall, and his oval-shaped face looked oriental.
The crowd segregated Razor, and so he sat alone at a table. His mood was sour, and it was evident in his countenance. Xie was talking with a rich couple. He stole searching glances as he intercalated with the couple. The couple comfortably intercalated with the handsome, oriental-looking man because he was a member of their class. But unlike them, Xie was well liked by the commoners because of his humanitarian activities.
Xie spotted Razor. He said to the couple,
"Razor looks like a grandpa when he is grumpy."
The lady said, "In my opinion, I think the emperor was harsh and did what he did because he wanted the support of the commoners."
The man said, "Sylvie's opinion is as good as mine. Selling guns to people is a good idea. It's just that commoners can't be trusted with such sensitive things. A gentleman like me can't think of doing harm to another with a dreadful weapon."
The lady said, "Dreadful isn't enough to qualify it. Have you heard the noise those things make when ig…" She looked at the men with a questioning gaze to ascertain if she was about to use the right word.
Xie corrected her, saying, "I believe it is triggered, not ignited."
Lady said, "The sound the weapon produces when triggered is so loud and terrifying."
Xie said, "I think that I should go talk to Razor."
The man held Xie's arm, stopping him. He said,
"I don't think that is a good idea. I heard the commoners threaten that they would sabotage anyone who dared to talk with him or even be around him. You know, commoners, when they say these kinds of things, they are not kidding."
Xie freed his arm from the man's grip. He lightly held onto the man's arm and said,
"Don't worry about it. They like me."
He left the couple and walked towards Razor. As he approached the half-goblin, he perceived the stares fixed on him. Some of them were angry, and some of them were surprised, but he acted ignorantly towards them.
Razor was looking down on the surface of the table when he felt someone stand over him. He lifted his gaze and saw a handsome, oriental-looking man sitting opposite him on his table.
"What do you want?" Razor asked brashly.
"We meet for the first time. My name is Xie Beifong. I'm a merchant," Xie introduced himself.
Razor was not impressed. However, he removed his rude tone as he replied, "I'm not in the mood to discuss business. I think it is best that you postpone it until we live here. You can find me later in the City of Flames. I heard that there was no destruction there. I have a house there on Portman borough."
Xie smiled and said, "I didn't come here to listen to you. I came here for you to listen to me."
He vigorously but gently rubbed the derby handle of his walking stick. His eyes inconspicuously and briefly gleamed green. At the same time, Razor saw a green mist clog his view. He futilely shook his head.
Xie explained, "You don't have to worry about the mist; it will go on its own."
The mist did as Xie had said it would.
"What was that? You had a hand in it; what do you do to me?"
"I simply made it easy for us to converse and escape ears that are prying in on our conversation," Xie said after he leaned forward, making it look like he was naturally conversing with whispers.
Xie continued, "I know your business isn't going well. And you have a plan that will improve the standing of your business, but the emperor stands in your way. I have a way to convince the emperor to allow you to sell guns in Camelot."
