It is very dark when the two of them walk on a clear path that leads to the grocery store. Luckily, Cyril is with Melisa, so nearby people would not bother to disturb her. Melisa is somehow glad that someone is willing to be by her side.
They finally reach an open grocery store not too far from Rose Garden. Melisa kindly asks Cyril to wait for her outside, but he insists in going inside with her.
"Let's see, I think I should make croquettes and chocolate cookies for dinner. It's pretty late, so heavy meals would not be good. Don't you think so too...?" Melisa grabs a cocoa powder, a small flour bag, and small sugar bags.
"Well, I don't know much about baking stuffs, but anything you make will turn out delicious." Cyril squints his eyes as he stares at the ingredients. He is not familiar with baking stuffs. Melisa giggles lightly when she sees his confused face.
"Thanks! Oh, please come over to Rose Garden and join for dinner. I will make something special for you as a token of my gratitude. I'm sure the other residents would not mind it if you join us." Melisa invites him to stay in Rose Garden for dinner.
"Since I am hungry, alright..." Cyril blushes right after Melisa mentioned that she will prepare something special for him. Melisa is happy to hear his response.
After paying at the counter, they walk home to Rose Garden, where everyone else is waiting.
They reach the main door after a few minutes walk.
"I'm back!" Melisa is expecting to see the other guys. Fortunately, Ivan and Flan are in the hall, looking starved.
"Oh, Melisa is home! I smell a cocoa powder. Chocolate for tonight? What a nice idea!" Ivan seems excited. He then rushes off to the kitchen, preparing the baking utensils. Flan is staring behind Melisa.
"Who is that? You brought someone over?" He notices silhouettes behind the door. Cyril comes in after getting himself ready. Flan is surprised as he sees Cyril's large figure.
"Whoa, your boyfriend...?" He directly asks Melisa.
"Eh...? No...he is um, my friend..." Red blushes cover Melisa's face. Cyril feels slightly happy being misunderstood as Melisa's boyfriend.
"Pleased to be a guest here. The name is Cyril. Melisa insisted me in joining dinner tonight. I hope I won't be a nuisance for you guys." Cyril bows lightly as he introduced himself. Flan smiles and pats Cyril's left shoulder.
"Not a nuisance at all. Well, make yourself comfortable strong guy. Good thing you accompanied Melisa on the way home, since there may be lurking stalkers during this time of the night. Please join us for dinner. After all, the more the merrier, isn't it?" Flan laughs happily after saying that. He then walks to the dining room, leaving Cyril and Melisa alone together.
"Well, well, well. What do we have here...? A friend of Melisa...? Join in, we will have a taste of Melisa's handmade delicacies. I bet you're excited, aren't you?" Samael's voice pierces their ears. He is walking down the stairs from his room.
Cyril feels a bit weird. He wonders, why are the residents all young men...?
"Melisa, bake already...I'm starving I could eat you..." Rein appears behind Samael, looking starved and sleepy. Samael punches Rein's stomach lightly, snapping him out from sleepiness.
Melisa rushes off to the kitchen to join Ivan with the baking. Samael and Rein assisted Cyril in walking towards the dining room, where they will have their dinner. Elina is home, but she is currently nowhere to be found.
"It's beautiful!" Melisa stares at her handmade chocolate croquette. Ivan shows a thumbs up, feeling happy to see her successful baking achievement.
"The cookies, croquettes, and a few other delicacies of my own design are all finished. Shall we serve the hungry guys now?" Ivan teases the other guys. Melisa giggles as she stares at their starved face.
The guys are excited as they are served with lots of beautiful delicacies made by Ivan and Melisa. Cyril looks happy, feeling glad that he joins them for dinner. Rein and Flan already snatched a few cookies and croquettes. Samael is somehow not pleased.
"Is there something bothering you, Samael? Not in the mood for light dinner...?" Ivan asks him.
"No, it's just that...where the hell is my sister...? She told me she is in the old storage room, searching for old files and documentaries, but now, it's taking too long..." Samael is worried.
"The dinner is mainly to celebrate her success, so we should search for her. Would not want her to miss it, and we would not want to wait too long for her. Let's go to the old storage room." Rein stands up and walks off to the door, trying to search for Elina. Samael joins him afterwards.
"I will look for her too, you guys stay here!" Melisa runs off to catch Samael and Rein. Cyril insists in following her, leaving Flan and Ivan in the dining room.
"You think they will be okay?" Ivan asks Flan, who is still eating his croquette.
"Yeah, hopefully. I heard the old, abandoned storage room is a bit unusual. Let's just hope they will find Elina and return safely." Flan snatches another chocolate cookie. He is too hungry to join the others. Ivan lets out a sigh and takes his handmade biscuit. The two of them hope that the others will join them back soon.
Rein, Samael, Melisa, and Cyril arrive at the old storage room. Samael opens the rusty door knob. There seems to be no sign of Elina inside the storage room.
"Look, what is that...?" Cyril points at a glowing circular thing, but their vision is rather vague due to darkness. They decide to enter and get closer distance.
"What the hell is that...?" Rein is shocked. They encounter a large blue portal sphere! Why in the world such thing exist in the world...? Melisa is trembling, feeling scared as she sees the glowing portal.
"Let me try to examine it..." Samael tries to touch it. Everyone else is watching him from a short distance behind, expecting a positive outcome.
Right after Samael touches it, the portal emits radiant azure lights that covers the entire storage room. The four of them are teleported into an unknown place! Flan and Ivan rush off to see them after they saw the mysterious lights coming from the old place. Unfortunately, the portal sphere no longer shines its azure lights. It only emits dim lights, a sign that it is not active and will not teleport anyone for the time being.
"What the hell...?" Flan widens his eyes and drops his jaws.
"What happened to them...?" Ivan gazes at the portal sphere. He touches it to see if the portal works, but nothing happens.
