Chapter 10 - CEO and His little cat9

After the morning meeting at the company, Levin returned to the office, took off his jacket and sat on the chair, loosened his tie and had a headache.

It was the change of season, and even though he never got sick, this time he was infected with the flu, and it was so strong that several days had passed and he was still not well. In addition, last night had a night of dreams, the spirit of some trance.

After waiting for half a day and not seeing his customary coffee delivered, Levin remembered that his assistant Jack had been sent on a business trip.

His headache got worse, he searched his drawer for half a day, finally found a bag of instant coffee, poured the powder into a cup and walked to the pantry to exchange it.

 "Let me do everything. ..."

"I'm here as an intern, not as a tea girl...... What an incomprehensible company!"

Before walking into the pantry, Levin heard a female voice inside muttering.

His already deep-locked brows are now even more wrinkled together.

His business is still young, and most of his employees are young. He tried his best to provide a comfortable working environment for his employees, but some of the unspoken rules of the workplace did still exist.

But interns?

Why didn't he remember that the CEO's office had an internship program recently?

Levin, who had a splitting headache at the moment and was in no mood to worry about such trivial matters, walked in to get some water, but the girl inside turned around with a glass of water in one hand and splashed a mixture of brownish-red liquid onto his pure white shirt in the blink of an eye.

Now Levin not only had a headache, but also his body started to hurt.

"Meow! I'm sorry!"

The girl, seeing that she had bumped into someone, hurriedly apologized, and then flinched for a long time when she saw the man's face.

"Levin!"

Sirena bit her lip and felt regretful, she was such an idiot, it was not easy for her to run into Levin whom she hadn't seen for a long time, but in such a way!

Despite the man's frown, he was still handsome, and Sirena panicked, pulling out a handkerchief and napkin, wanting to hand it to him, but wondering if her little boy had forgotten about her during the decade or so that the system had been sleeping with her.

Thinking this, she began to lose her concentration.

"CEO, I'm sorry! I'll wipe it for you!"

As she spoke, she reached out to Levin's masculine chest.

As a matter of fact, Levin didn't avoid it either.

The moment he heard the meow, his body stiffened completely.

Before he left that year, he traveled in a wheelchair almost all over the streets, trying to find his cat, but to no avail. His parents knew that he was obsessed with the cat that had been his companion, and when they returned home, they planned to buy him a new one, but Levin refused.

He only wanted that one.

The cat that accompanied him through the long nights.

He had fed many stray cats over the years, and had heard many cries, but none of them had a voice that he could remember, that could truly move him from the inside.

And this one was different.

Levin immediately grabbed Sirena's hand.

Sirena body instinctively backed up two steps, unexpectedly high heels stepped on the tea just poured sprinkles, a slide down, fell to sit on the ground.

With this fall, Sirena's tightly wrapped hip-hugging skirt moved up to the base of her thighs, and her long, slender legs, which were dressed in black silk, were also right in front of Levin's eyes.
