Chereads / Revenge Deal With The Devil / Chapter 4 - HERE WE GO AGAIN

Chapter 4 - HERE WE GO AGAIN

After thinking deeply about it for sometime, Amelia decided to adjust to life as Amalia first, then start researching Marcus and Mia so she could have her revenge, as for the eyes, she could use contact lens to hide it from others, it was not really much of a big deal, after finally calming herself down, Amelia laid on the bed to sleep.

As soon as Amelia breath evened out, indicating that she was fast asleep, a figure stepped out from the shadows with a dark aura surrounding him.

"I got you this time Lia." A deep voice came out from the figure and soon the figure faded away.

Immediately the figure went Amelia eyes shot open as she stared at the place where the figure stood, contemplating for a while, but in the end Amelia decided to lay down back on the bed.

It has been weeks since Amelia had been confined to the hospital as the doctors seemed to refuse to believe she was already fully recovered after such a ghastly accident.

Not wanting to arouse suspicions, Amelia decided to act like some part of her body still needed recovery and also surprisedly, Amelia's eyes had changed back to it's original brown colour making her relax.

Since Mrs Johnson entered the ward to drag Marcy out of there, Amelia had not seen or heard anything from them since the so called family left her in the hospital, at least she got to get some rest before the whole plotting against and planning starts happening.

The old woman who disappeared, would once in a while appear but refused to tell Amelia anything no matter how much she pressed hard for answers.

After Amelia was discharged, she used the memories of Amalia to head straight to the Johnson's villa that was a bit far from the city.

On reaching the villa, Amelia let out a slight tsk, these people house was not even worth carrying a candle to her previous house at all.

Remembering that she had signed all her properties into Marcus's name when they newly got married and his true colours were yet to be shown, surely she would get it back one by one and as for Mia, Amelia knew just what kind of punishment to give her that would suit her very well.

After bringing out her luggage from the taxi, Amelia headed to the gates sighing getting ready for whatever trouble was installed for her hereon after.

Reaching the gates, Amelia proceeded to open the gates but was suddenly shouted out, could they not even wait a bit till she was well rested, Amelia thought a little irritated, her rest was important.

Turning back to see who shouted, Amelia saw the security personnel who manned the gate standing like he had apprehended a thief.

"So you think this place is a shed you could just walk into for shelter, you do not even worth carrying my shoes as am the guard of this villa." The man boosted proudly.

"Tsk, tsk, such a haughty man, anyways let me in, I do not have the time to listen or answer to you." Amelia yawned lazily, leaving the hospital, she had worn a huge polo and a pair of blue jean trouser packing her red hair in a ponytail, her small figure contrasted heavily to the black gate that stood behind her.

Seeing her frail figure, the security guard let out a laugh, "What are you going to do, I already said it before, this place is not for beggars, so please pack your things up and leave." The security guard said throwing a disgusting look at the luggage that was beside Amelia.

Not wanting to argue with the proud fellow, Amelia drew her box closer to the wall and sat on it, when the humans who lived in the villa came out they would naturally see her, so there was no need to bother with such an unfruitful banter at all, Amelia thought.

The security guard tsked lightly before entering inside the gate.

After few hours, Marcy who had gone out with her friends was just arriving in her BMW car as she saw a crouching figure beside the gates.

Marcy originally passed the person especially after seeing that it was Amalia, it would not hurt to make hurt to make the girl suffer a bit.

Why did she not just die during the accident, why was she still alive, Amalia signed up for all these and she is going to get it, Marcy thought clenching the steering wheels hardly, she wondered what had prompted her parents then to adopt a girl they had no relation with at all when they had her.

Thinking of her parents, Marcy decided to head back as she wanted to maintain an angel like figure in their eyes.

"Sister, why are you out here?" Marcy shrieked loudly as if just seeing Amelia crouching there.

Amelia grimaced at the loud voice, could this girl ever talk softly in her life, seriously it was starting to get on her nerves.

Amelia did not bother replying and instead stood up and took her luggage by the handle dragging it inside the gates without bothering to look at either, the pretending Marcy or the security personnel who still had his face full with pride, perhaps he deemed her unimportant as she was just the Johnson's useless and bad tempered daughter as the picture painted by Marcy in front of everybody that they had an encounter with.

Amelia could hear Marcy giving a long speech of scolding to security man but all Amelia could read in the speech she gave him was that he had done a great job and the praises that were interwoven in the scolding.

After running to meet up with Amelia Marcy wondered how her frail body could manage to walk so fast.

"Sister, you just got discharged from the hospital, let me help you with your bags." Marcy said reaching forward to take Amelia bags from her, but Amelia stepped away causing Marcy to stumble, which Marcy of course exaggerated falling face down to the ground after spotting Mr and Mrs Johnson.

Almost immediately tears gathered Marcy eyes, "Sister, I know you are mad for us not visiting you at the hospital or even bringing home after your discharge, please forgive mum and dad they were just worried about my allergy to hospitals." Marcy cried out kneeling on the ground.

Seeing their precious daughter with tears in her eyes kneeling on the ground, Mrs Johnson immediately rushed to pick her up from the ground and turned to glare at Amelia, "What do you think you are doing." Mrs Johnson said harshly while Amelia rolled her eyes, here we go again, she wondered why this parents only saw one side of things.
