Su Shiyu had just crawled out of the carriage when Yan Wenkai arrived.
"Sister Su, let me help you down from the carriage, be careful not to fall." Yan Wenkai extended his hand to assist Su Shiyu who was alighting from the carriage.
Looking at Yan Wenkai grabbing her wrist, Su Shiyu felt somewhat embarrassed and gave him a glare before quickly withdrawing her hand and heading into the tavern with her maidservant.
Yan Wenkai didn't mind, he just chuckled 'hehe' and then strolled over to Su Hongxin.
Su Hongxin immediately hooked his arm around Yan Wenkai's neck: "It's been a long time since I've seen you, lad. Hurry up and tell me, what have you and Wentao been up to?"
Yan Wenkai mentioned what he could, and the two of them entered the tavern with their arms around each other.
Su Shiyu looked back at the two close friends, smiled, and then went up to the second floor.
"Sister Su!"
