Lirif steps back from me scanning around the room of this cave scoffing as she does.
"This location reeks of filth and very unkempt, even for vampire standards." She says as she kneels down to Frandar biting into his neck.
As she does this I walk over to the swords on the wall picking it up, 'Jesus Christ this thing is heavy as hell!' I think as i just drop it onto the ground.
As I drop it that orange glowing light appears infront of my eyes again.
I tap it and just like last time a screen but this time a popup appears.

I stare at my profile before looking at Lirif who's finishing up her drinking of blood, It's really disturbing to see a once brute of a man now completely drained of his blood and a husk.
'Okay I'll be respectful to this lady... I'm not trying to look like that any time soon' I think before speaking to her.
"So um Miss Neransi... What month is First Seed in um number form?" I ask as the profile menu vanishes as it did last time it came up.
Lirif walks over and picks up the sword hanging it up on the wall quickly dusting off her hands then looking at me.
"For such a young man you have pleasurable amount of respect." She says before walking down that dim hallway so I follow slowly behind her.
"First Seed In number form? I believe you mean what number of the month First Seed is in order correct? It is third month of the year. " She says as the dim hallway then opening up into a larger cave those trio of bandits equipment just laid down wherever they threw it scattered and dirty.
"Filthy. " She mumbles out kicking some of the bandits scattered clothes and other assortment of items.
As I gaze around I notice my backpack stowed away with other bags though they're clearly knitted poorly together so mine just sticks out like a sore thumb, As I walk over to grab It I can't help feel like Lirif is staring straight through me so I look at her.
Lirif watches me as I pick up my backpack and still it feels like she's studying me or well seeing something about me.
"Is everything um alright Miss Neransi?" I ask as I walk over to her stepping over the unkempt ground.
"Yes but I must know, what exactly are you Erne Ygis." She asks me as she turns away and walking further into (or out of) the cave the cave walls narrowing into another tunnel or what is barely a hallway as I follow behind her.
"What do you mean Miss?" I ask as I take off my backpack and dragging it on the floor so it doesn't get caught against the jagged walls.
"You're clearly not of the races of Tamriel, You're not elven or of the Cyrodiils, Nords or Bretons and most certainly not a Lizard or Red Guard" She says as the cave came to an end a singular poorly made wooden door sitting before us.
"You must have been mutated or something of the sort and your blood looks a bit... Unique" She says before gesturing me to open the door.
I open the door and step out of the cave the nighttime sky is beautiful as I see not one but two moons looming in the sky and I could see stars scattering the sky beautifully and the nighttime breeze feels so great compared to the stale smelling and feeling air inside that bandit cave.
As I enjoy the outside air and smell again Lirif walks out and stands beside me staring down at the forest.
"So, are you going to tell me what you are." She says it feels like she isn't asking me.
I turn and look at her, "Well, I'm just.... A human I guess." I mumble as I then start walking down from the cave and into the forest down below.
"That is not what I mean, you're clearly not of the races that I know you're features are reminiscent of Nords and Bretons but your height and muscle are abnormal to their standards." She explains as we walk through the thick forests, I can see she's careful with her steps stepping only on spots I stepped on, kind of like a cat.
"Then there's the your blood it's completely different from every known blood type that vampires know" She says continuing that careful walking habit.
I stop and turn staring at her and I tilt my head slightly.
'Can vampires just naturally see a persons blood type? Alright... I need to distract her a bit from this... ' I think before sighing scratch the back of my head.
"I've kinda been wondering actually" I say as then continue walking through the forest looking for any sign of any type of civilization, "What does being bounded mean exactly?" I ask hoping that it will divert her attention for a while.
'Still this is a vampire... If she finds out I'm from a different world she might kill me and drink my blood for a taste of it or something.' I think as I watch or atleast try to gauge her reaction.
Lirif raises and eyebrow still walking behind me and tracing over my steps, "Hmm, You really don't know? Bounding means I'm now what you could call a servant." She says her eyes still glancing around cautiously.
"Seriously... A bearer of the Sanguine Rose has no idea how bounding works." I hear her mumble, "Though. Do not believe that you hold control over me. I may be bounded to you but it does not mean I will allow you to do whatever you want with me." She says before falling completely silent.
'Okay good the steered the conversation away now for the more important thing, CIVILIZATION I'M HUNGRY!' I think as I start walking faster and more determined.
(One Hour Later)
"SERIOUSLY WHAT IS UP WITH THESE FORESTS?! THERE'S NOT EVEN SIGN OF HUNTERS OR SOMETHING BEING OUT HERE!!" I shout frustratedly as I stumble over and fall through a bush next to a flowing river.
"Ygis, I would suggest you to be more quiet at this time of night. We shouldn't attract attention." Lirif says as she lifts me up into a standing position.
I sigh as I start dusting myself off and walking over to the river staring at it fish.
"Miss Neransi I know it's kind of a big ask but can you fish for me?" I ask as I try to grab a fish though it easily slips away and down the flowing river.
Lirif walks over to the river and puts her fingers into the water and it starts boiling, after a few moments of this fish float up to the surface already dead and Lirif grabs them.
"Here you are, Ygis." She says while taking off my backpack and setting it on the ground laying fish atop it.
I open my bag open a bit and reach inside bringing out a pan and grabbing some dry wood and sticks surrounding us.
I eventually finish making a campfire and set my cooking equipment up above it, I start digging into my backpack for my lighter.
After a while of digging all throughout my backpack I stop, 'Oh right the bandit still has it... ' I think before letting out a groan, 'Wait If Lirif boiled water doesn't that mean she has some kind of thermal ability or something?' I think as I turn and look at her, she looks like she's enjoying the outdoors aswell.
"Hey Miss Neransi, do you have a way to set these on fire?" I ask.
Lirif faces me and stands up walking over to it, Her hands turn red as a beautiful red fire seeps out of her hand instantly setting the wood on fire.
I watch in amazement magic is much more beautiful to witness than I could have ever imagined! Those fantasy movies really just don't hold a candle to seeing it in person.
Lirif then turns to face me, "You truly don't intend on... Eating this filth?" She asks as she turns back to the cooking fish.
"Um, well I can't exactly be picky you know? We're in the middle of a forest..." I say as I stand up and grab a fork making sure the fish is getting cooked well, 'Thank god I still have my silverware.' I think while watching and moving the cooking fish.
"Even while at your lowest I do believe you should have some standards to uphold." She says as she looks at me and my cooking judgementally.
I just sigh and roll my eyes, 'She sounds like one of those annoying princesses.'I think, but still she's the only thing that's probably going to keep me safe.
"Miss Neransi, could I learn a bit more about you?" I ask while watching the fish sizzle.
Lirif raises and eyebrow and gets a pleased smile across her face, "Of course I'll inform you of myself!" She exclaims happily as she leans against a tree.
Her whole demeanor shifted to one of pure pride and even egotistical instead of her condescending feeling she has been exuding.
"Well as I have already told you I'm Lirif Neransi Daughter of Cold Harbor, I am..." She stumbles over her words a bit before scratching her head a bit.
"Hmm, I was going to tell my beautiful age but I don't believe I know the current year." She says while resting her hand on her chin.
"It's the year 433." I tell her as I continue watching the frying fish occasionally moving them.
I hear her gasp so I look over at her, she immediately starts chuckling.
"Now now Ygis, no need to be foolish with jokes! There is simply no way I have traveled BACK in time." She says while continuing to chuckle to herself.
"No, I'm not joking..." I say before thinking back on my information stats which stated it's Middas 3E 433, "The year is 3E 433." I say as I flip the fish... These fish look different than the one's I'm used to hopefully they're not different anatomically.
'2E and 3E? So she must be from a different era or something... I wonder if she's like 150 or something.' I think before laughing softly at the thought of her being over 150.
"3E...?" I hear her mumble out, "That makes no sense at all." She adds in a mumble before shaking her head.
"Very well then allow me to continue. I was born In 2E 432!" She exclaims proudly once again as she rests her arms on her hips, "In my time I was damn near unrivaled and very active!" She says proudly.
"Of course I became a vampire when I was 32! I was taken by Molag Bal and made a Daughter of Cold Harbor!" She says, though her voice was shaky when she said Molag Bal.
I finished cooking the fish and set out a wooden cutting board from my backpack and cutting up the fish into edible sizes, "What's Molag Bal?" I ask.
Lirif stays in her proud position though her smile is clearly now fake, "Molag Bal...? He's the Deadric Prince of..." She says in a strained voice as she shook her head once agian to regain her composure, "The Deadric Prince of Domination... That aside let's continue about me!" She says as she stares at the fish.
'Deadric Prince? So like that sanguine guy... Still i feel like I shouldn't push those questions on her' I think as I set out the fish onto some wooden plates.
"Or not. " I hear her mumble as I ate a piece of the fish from the plates.
I pick up another piece of the of fish which are now cubes in size cooked perfectly, or as perfect as you can cook in a forest, and extend it out to her.
"Here, just try it." I say as I kept my hand extended out to her, "You need to eat atleast something." I say.
Lirif stares at it skeptically and exhales as she steps back a bit and... Dusts off her dress?
"I will not eat sub par food, let alone one that isn't covered in rich tasting blood." She says facing away from me and my now cooked fish.
"Fine if you don't want to, actually... do vampires not need to eat actual food?" I ask while continuing to eat my fish.
"Of course not! All us vampires ever need is some deductable and rich blood that we can thrive from, I believe even a peasant child would know this information at the least." She says before snatching the fish out of my hand and eating it.
" It's disgusting." She mumbles wiping off her tongue with her sleeve.
"Uh, thanks for giving it a try I guess... " I mumble as I continue to eat.
After a few minutes of eating in silence I stand up and dig in my backpack once more.
"Seriously I didn't even take one blanket from my tent?" I mumble as I look around me, Lirif is sitting up against a tree playing around with her magic.
'Okay... Well Unlike that damn vampire I need to get the hell to sleep.' I think as I walk kick around some leaves making a small pile and then sitting inside it and closing my eyes.
Lirif laughs,"Seriously mortals have no standards." She says within her laugh, of course I just Ignore her and fall asleep.
The next day I wake up half of my leaves were already gone probably blown away by the wind when I was asleep.
I sit up and look around groggily and tired scratching my head a bit.
"Man the sun feels so good..." I mumble out as I look around a bit more and standing up.
"You've woken, took you long enough." Lirif says as she walks up to me, "While you were sleeping and doing nothing I went looking for a more comfortable location." She says while resting her hands on her hips again.
"Though i have good news and bad news about my searching." She says pausing for dramatics.
"What's the good news?" I ask playing into her dramatics.
"Well. I found a village that's quite the distance." She says simply pausing once again.
I sigh and start packing up my campfire equipment and saving the extra fish bites, "So what's the bad news then." I say once again leaning further into her dramatics.
"They village is quite destroyed from what I'm assuming is a battle." She says as walks over to me helping me out with my backpack.
I exhale a bit and scratch my head, "Were there atleast any buildings I could just stay or live in." I ask finishing my packing with her help and putting my backpack on.
"I believe so, is that our destination now, Ygis?" She says to me her steps once again tracing over mine.
I turn around and look at her, "Yeah. It is." I say before continuing into the forest.
'It maybe he destroyed or something but well I'll call anything home at this point... Aside from that cave.' I think before continuing my reluctant adventure into this new world, now with a very condescending and quite creepy old vampire lady on a new day.
