"You disgrace me." the Master said, his golden energy receding into his body. "You were willing to battle your master, your brother, and the guards of Vaxoryn just for this woman who is not even part of the regal families."
"You will be severely punished for your crimes and I will decide your punishment." Turning to a guard, the Master gave orders. "Inform the chiefs of the regal families of an impromptu meeting right here in the castle."
"Yes master." the guard responded before rushing off to carry out the order.
Four guards now held Andrea who had blood dribbling down the side of his mouth. "What are you going to do to her?" he asked.
"The same thing that would have happened to anyone in her situation." the Master replied. "Death. Quick and painless."
"Dad please you can't." Andrea begged while struggling to break free from the hold of the guards and the others that had just come to hold him.
"You know better than to be involved in an intimate relationship with a non-regal Andrea." the Master said. "You are the chief of a regal family. The leader of the Xendor bloodline. My original bloodline."
"I never asked to be the chief." Andrea yelled, his eyes visibly becoming teary. "Dad please. None of this is her fault, I forced everything on her."
"Of course that's not true." Lumian said, holding Athriel up by her neck. "I've seen the two of you. Even the guards have seen you. The evidence is all there."
"She is with a child Dad." Andrea said, desperately trying anything to plea for Athriel's safety. "Surely you are not so cruel that you will end the life of an unborn child."
"Don't listen to him Dad." Lumian said. "He's trying to manipulate you."
"Be quiet Lumian. I am the Master and I will decide to do whatever I see fit."
Some minutes later, Andrea was chained up with huge and sturdy chains in the middle of the room. The guards had resumed their positions by the walls with at least a dozen standing close to Andrea.
The chiefs of the regal families – Xendor, Dragomir, Vashkov, Jynutr, Zor' al and Illiad – had all assembled in the castle and were waiting for the Master to explain why they had abruptly been called to the castle.
"You have been summoned here because a fellow chief like you all, Andrea Xendor, was found guilty of having an intimate relationship with someone who is not in a regal family."
"I hereby banish Andrea Xendor from Vaxoryn and I will be stripping him of his power."
"What happens to Athriel?" Andrea asked.
"That is still up to me to decide but unfortunately you will not be present on Vaxoryn to know what her fate will be." the Master said.
"You cannot be serious!" Andrea exclaimed. "Why can't she be banished with me? We can both leave Vaxoryn."
"And give you exactly what you want? I think not." Walking down the steps from his chair at the end of the room to meet Andrea, the Master's hands began to release the golden energy which stretched only a few inches away from his hands.
Struggling to break the chains that held him tightly, Andrea tried pulling his right hand forward but the guards behind him hit him on the head with their hands which was covered in energy.
Andrea released his red energy in the form of an explosion with him as the epicentre and using that, his whole body was filled with the red energy so much that it could be seen through his skin.
He tugged on the chains again and he broke them while also releasing more energy behind him in a slash to attack the guards. He flew towards Athriel to grab her but was stopped mid air.
The Master had used the golden energy to hold onto Andrea from his legs and he dragged him back and slammed him on the floor. "Do not make this harder for yourself Andrea. Leave with the least bit of dignity you may have left."
"I couldn't care less about that." Andrea replied angrily and was about to fly off again when the Master dragged him back again from his legs and held his neck in a firm grasp.
"You brought this on yourself." With his other hand, he put the golden energy that stretched out down into Andrea's mouth which made Andrea start to gag and groan in pain.
Andrea began to convulse as the golden energy came up with the red energy in a small round form.
Gasps of shock was heard from the chiefs and Athriel was weeping as she watched Andrea convulse for a while before finally passing out.
He had woken up on Veda and had instinctively went to the tree with the symbol to try to get back to Vaxoryn but he could no longer supply energy to the symbol so he couldn't go back.
It was dark all around him and he had nowhere to go but on the floor next to the tree, he saw a small bladed weapon which was a knife with a black blade and a little red crystal which did not look familiar to Andrea in any way.
He never knew what became of Athriel or his unborn child and Lumian had never told him anything about it, not even by accident.
Forcing his mind back to the present, Andrea refocused on why he was back to his home planet, Vaxoryn.
He walked in the direction he remembered for a while with uncertainty but when he saw the very familiar house which glowed blue, he knew he was headed the right way.
The other grand houses of the regal families also glowed certain colours but the blue glow was specific to the Xendor bloodline.
Heading towards the house since it was his destination from the start, Andrea took the small knife out of his pocket and hid it in his sleeve as he approached the guards who stopped him from proceeding.
"I'm here to see Lumian." Andrea said to the two guards at the gate.
Looking at each other, the two guards began to laugh. "He's here to see Lumian." one guard mocked.
"I assume you don't know who I am." Andrea said.
"We have no idea who you think you are that gives you such confidence to demand to see Sir Lumian." the other guard said.
"Let him through." Kalvrie said from inside the compound. She had just left the castle after speaking to Lumian and heading out, she had seen Andrea.
With a scoff, the guards opened the gates and let Andrea through.
"Thank you." Andrea said to Kalvrie.
"I know who you are." Kalvrie said. "You're Andrea Xendor."
