While walking away from Cat's house, Jake called Violet. He didn't know where her house was so he needed to ask her for the location of her house, or if she would prefer they met somewhere else.
"Hey." Jake said to Violet over the phone. "I'm on my way to your house right now."
"Seriously?" Violet asked.
"Yeah. But there's a small problem." Jake said.
"Let me guess, you don't know where my house is."
"Yes, so where's your house?"
"I'm sending you the address right now. Have you seen it?" Violet asked.
Checking his phone, Jake saw what Violet had sent. "Yeah I've seen it."
"It is kind of far from school." Violet said.
"I noticed. See you soon, I guess."
"Bye."
Looking at the address Violet sent, Jake was surprised. "Why would she leave the district she lives in just to go to school in another district? Thank god it's the near district, or else I might have gone to school instead."
Heading to one of the stops for the Seetles, Jake bought a ticket and got into a Seetle then went to take a seat. 'It's been a while since I've been in a Seetle, I've only been entering Glists. I now have enough credits to pay for a Glist but why would I waste my credits like that when I can simply enter a Seetle.'
Now sitting in the moving Seetle, Jake was looking outside the window and watching the buildings pass by as the Seetle moved.

After sitting in the Seetle for close to an hour, Jake finally saw a billboard by the side of the highway with the words "Welcome To Gyllen. Enjoy Your Stay." printed on it.
'Finally,' Jake thought, 'I'm getting tired of sitting in this seat. I wonder who would have been faster between me and this Seetle if I ran with my full speed. No that's crazy, I'm not yet as fast as a Seetle.'
Coming down from the Seetle when it stopped moving after getting to a stop, Jake was looking around. 'Gyllen isn't so different from Ansteria. Apart from how the houses are built and arranged, the difference between them isn't that much.'
Taking out his phone, Jake entered an application and typed in the address Violet had sent to him. Seeing how to get to Violet's house from the place the Seetle just stopped at, Jake searched for the shortest route and began walking in that direction.
'Maybe I can find a way to complete my quest here. If I can complete the quest here then there will be no need for me to go to school when I get back to Ansteria. I just hope something that will make me be able to complete the quest will come up.'
Still on his way to Violet's house, Jake saw a shop on the other side of the road. There was a writing on a signboard beside the shop which read "All kinds of refreshment available."
'I am getting sort of hungry, I might as well buy something.' Jake thought.
While crossing the street to get to the other side of the road, Jake saw another shop bigger than the one he was heading to with another signboard which read "Newly Released Gadgets At Rebated Prices"
'Why would a person be selling gadgets in a shop when things like that are sold faster on The Hub? It won't hurt to check the shop out and a small detour isn't bad.' Jake thought as he walked past the shop for refreshments and headed to the shop for gadgets.
Stepping into the shop, Jake saw different aisles with different sorts of devices on them. Walking up to him was a man who seemed to be in his early forties and looked to be overjoyed at the fact that a person entered his shop.
"Good day young man, I'm Mason, how can I help you?"
"I'm just going to look around, I'm not searching for anything in particular." Jake said.
"Well go ahead, look as much as you want." Mason said.
Moving through the aisles, Jake noticed the man was following him. "Excuse me sir, why do you sell these devices here and not on The Hub?" Jake asked.
"Because I don't like it." Mason replied.
"You don't like The Hub?" Jake asked, confused.
"Yes, The Hub is like a place where people lose themselves. People use it so much to the extent that they can't live without it. Now to go out and actually purchase something is a problem for people."
"But sir, why go out to purchase something when it can easily be ordered from The Hub? The Hub made things easier." Jake said.
"And what if we ever reach a point in time where our inventions are useless? Or we find ourselves in a place where all the things in Veda aren't available there?" Mason asked.
While looking at the man in a weird way, Jake was thinking 'He certainly has a strange way of looking at life. Is he going to live the rest of his life with this way of thinking? Well, if the Werts attack that won't be long.'
"I can see you are having problems understanding what I'm talking about but don't worry about that, keep looking, you might see something you like." Mason said.
Continuing with moving around the shop, Jake stopped when he read the information about a wrist watch on one of the aisles.
'So instead of using a credit card I can use this? This is great, and it still has the normal features of a wrist watch.'
Checking the price tag, Jake saw the price and his eyes went wide open. "Twenty hundred credits?" Jake said in shock. "Why is it so pricey?"
"Young man, this watch is a very good device. Instead of carrying a credit card around, all you have to do is wear a watch, that's all."
'I only have twenty five hundred credits, and that's because Dad sent me my allowance today. But I want this watch and if I buy it, I can still use the remaining five hundred credits to go back home.'
"I'll take it." Jake said.
"Excellent choice young man, let me quickly pack it for you."
Leaving the store after paying for the watch he bought, Jake opened up the portal to the magical dimension in the ring and kept the package inside it.
'I spent more time than I thought I would in the shop.' Jake thought while walking to Violet's house.
