Rakshit's P.O.V~
Today was adequate to understand what our relationship will look like. Although I had two days to make my choice and I still have a day left, I have already decided!
It may be the season of summer, but the night today is tranquil and settling. It's so late that I should've fallen asleep by now, but I couldn't. I can't wait to tell her!
As I scribble in my notebook, I feel the compulsion to talk to Anika.
I'm twiddling between, should I call or should I not. Will she pick it up? It's so late already! But like always, I, giving up on my urge, dial her phone and wait until she picks it up!
"Okay!" She naturally said okay to my straight question! Not why, how dare you or anything else, but, okay? Although she sounded displeased, was it because of me? Should I have not called?
God! I feel agitated! What does tomorrow hold for me?
It's morning, and practically 7:30 PM, she's about to show up any minutes now. I wait, two roads ahead of my house as she stated. With a lunch box in my hands as my feet are fractious and are tapping vigorously!
"Get in!" Her car zoomed in front of me, overwhelming me to attention, and stays on standby as I sat on the passenger seat. "Hey!" I lightly voice as she yawns with no reply. "This--"
My words are yet again interrupted by her as she asks, "why did you call me here?" Has she not slept well?
Although I never look at her confidently, she's extremely intimidating for that! I can tell, she is tired!
"Oh, that! I wanted to tell you that I have decided!--- Yes!" She turns to me, puzzled as she adds, "Yes, what?"
"I-- I want to continue our relationship!" What is the expression on her face? I can't read! "But you still have a day left?" It's fascinating how her remarks never change. She is distant and sour like always!
"Yeah! But I think — yesterday was abundant for the demonstration!" She scoffs at my answer, replying, "demonstration?—- I don't think you've demonstrated enough!"
"Answer me by the end of tonight! You still have a day left!"
"But!" ----- Interrupting me as always, she went on with, "yeah, meet me after school, two roads ahead!" Why is she not accepting my answer? What is she really thinking?

He's maybe remarkably obedient and captivating, but I never wanted this relationship! It all happened because of my sister! Only if she wasn't here to screw with my head! I would've never met him in the first place.
After listening to his answer, I was bewildered by how quick and delighted he was! But I also know how to click him off. I have to make him step back and I unquestionably would!
As always, after our conversation near his house, I dropped him two roads behind the school and went on with my friends.
Before the detention, we both rarely had any encounters but now I see him everywhere and he's always with his one friend. What was her name again?
From the start, I had a plan on how to encourage him away and I've been doing the same. Ignoring him, avoiding him as I would, and watching as he gets bullied by a bunch of fools. How can he be bullied so easily?
Yet, he sought to approach me during lunch break! Which, of course, lead to an immense ruscus in the campaign.
One of my friends caught him talking to me and he didn't miss the chance to enjoy his bored self. He saw us from the class, where my group of friends was chatting near the teacher's desk.
Rakshit and I are apparently visible and right outside the class, in the corridor as Rakshit accompanied me to the door of my classroom.
We're both in the same class but have different subjects. I guess that's why he followed me here.
"What are you both talking about?" My male friend snickers as Rakshit shut up, still seeking a way to talk to me!
"I don't know, ask him!" I respond as I peer at Rakshit. He looks flustered! Do you see, this is how it would be! This is who I am!
My friend goes ahead and starts asking him, "what, —- are you suddenly a mute? Why are you here?" He insults as my other friends join in, laughing as they walk to us.
I can see Sanna's eyes on me from afar, she was also with them, assembling at the teacher's table as she abruptly approaches me. "What is happening?" She inquires, but in a hushed tone.
"I warned him about talking to me in school, and here he is!" I add as I step back from the mockery and laughter in the corridor, happening to Rakshit.
As I walk inside the classroom, Sanna gradually follows me, replying, "shouldn't you go help him?"
Swiftly I sit on my seat, responding, "why? Is he my boyfriend? I told him not to --- now he'll have to manage alone!"

Spending the day like today wasn't pleasant at all! I remember her bleak eyes disappearing as I was getting bullied! She coldly drew her friends to me! That was not what I was predicting at all!
Their phony peals of laughter were cruel but her jovial character was more poisoning. She didn't even try to help me out of it!
I had to go through so many teasers, because of her!
Even after all those disgracing situations, I'm waiting for her, here, two roads distant from the school. As she arrives with the same agility and same attitude, instructing me to get in.
"So have you modified your mind?" She inquires as I rest beside her and when she receives no answer, "whatever, you broke a rule —- so—-"
"I -- I didn't mean to, I just -- wanted to give you this!" I reply, I'm still intimated to look into her eyes, when on the other hand. She never talks without an eye connection!
"What is this?" She examines, indifferent and bitter as I toughen myself up to look at her. "It's --- it's a lunch box!"
"I see that! Why are you giving me this? --- You want me to clean this up for you?" Is she joking, I can't even tell if she is. She's so intense!
"No--- it's not empty! I -- made you lunch! I forgot to give it to you in the morning --- and during lunch --- your friends!--" with her repeating habit she adds "why?"
"Hmm?" She looks stupefied, peering at the lunch box as I can read the surprise on her face.
"Why are you --- giving me a lunch box?" Her immediate eyes land on mine as I hustle inside my head. "I've --- I've seen you eating junks during lunch. You never -- eat homemade food! It's unhealthy --- and I just ---"
"Thanks!" She swiftly starts driving away, neglecting any further talk! Her remarks are so astonishing to me! Is she getting soft? Should I have not given her a lunch box?
I didn't expect it but she accepted my lunch and dropped me near my house and left like always!
As I walk down the road to my house after delivering goodbye to her, I wonder, what should I do?
This relationship with her is so unusual and strange for me! She's so different than me! I can never tell what is she thinking or is about to do or talk about!
Let's not overthink, I still have time to think it over!
Anika's P.O.V~
His affection and care towards me are absolutely fresh for me! I'm bewildered and astonished by his behavior, but I'm more perplexed by my sudden change of heart!
"What are you thinking? Your eyebrows are so crunched up!" Sanna jokes as she picks up the lunch box from the table. I placed it there when I arrived at her house, distressed and troubled.
"What is this?" She adds, resting beside me as I lower the volume of the TV. "Rakshit gave it to me!" I simply respond as her face color changes. "What--- a lunchbox?"
I'm as amazed as she is, "I -- I don't want this relationship. I thought --- after what happened today he'd back off, but he -- he didn't even talk about it!" I'm more riled up than I thought I was and it's coming out as I'm talking to Sanaa!
"Then directly tell him you don't want this relationship." I've never seen someone as composed as her. She's giving me advice so serenely as she picks something to eat from the table.
"I can't, --- I can't when I'm the one who initiated this relationship and especially after what he did today!" ---- "He took the risk of giving me a lunch box!"
"He said, --- it's not healthy for me to eat junk for lunch all the time --- he made this himself for me!" I might've freaked out a little after that short affectionate moment. That's why I couldn't set him off even after I wanted to!
"Then did he show any sign of what his answer will be?"
"He said nothing!—- But he did look -- confused!" She delights at my answer, claiming, " that's it, I think he's going to say no! If what you interpreted is right, --- he'll definitely say no!" ---
"It's tough for anyone to be in such a relationship. It would be sick of him if he says yes to this!"
I've picked some hope from Sanna. Her claim sounds plausible. "yeah, yeah, you're right! —- He's going to say no!"
