30,567 years had passed since my world had fallen. Everything was dead with no life anywhere other than a singular fortress.

This fortress was my home in which I lived and studied. I had nothing more to do, I had reached the limit of my strength, knowledge, and freedom.

My name is Zephyrion Nasim. I am the last thing remaining in my world. My world was nothing more than a bleak sphere. I have lived for 35, 823 years, and some odd days.

To give context, I live in a world inside of a place I call Midgard. Midgard is a seemingly infinite place that contains countless worlds such as my own.
