Arranging a Date/Xiao'Gu, Normal Adults Would Not Hit Puberty...
Gu Wen Qiao's dreams would pay a visit to him each day as usual.
These dreams were not considered all that wonderful, but was not considered not wonderful either—— this kind of description made people feel it was abrupt yet strange, but the truth of the matter was like so.
In the dreams, Gu Wen Qiao would feel like he turned very gigantic, so gigantic one could not use a thousand metres or a single ton to measure it- these were too small, one should use light years, use planets...
The beautiful and luscious outer space was not a boundless black colour, but very colourful- dream-like blues and pinks, as well as grouped up clouds of stars, dense reds and purples would delineate a glamorous arc in space... dreaming of this kind of vast scene should originally be some kind of enjoyment, but if you dreamt of these day after day, and even repeated it many times unknown to you, the astonishment the universe could give you would slowly disappear too, and once in a dream, you would feel bored.
But the good thing was, Gu Wen Qiao's dreams would never be the same.
His mind would appear with very, very many illusions, of various kinds, just like a flowery kaleidoscope. But what was different was, the kaleidoscope of humans could only see pieces of assorted colours, while in these pieces of colours, Gu Wen Qiao would receive much more information. He seemed like a central main processor- at the same time he received these fragments from other computers, he could even place down various orders. He floated around in the darkness, but with a mere thought, these kaleidoscopes would change along with his desires.
Gu Wen Qiao tried to see his own body clearly in his dreams many times, but unfortunately, he was always half-dreaming and half-awake in his dreams. His consciousness was not clear enough, so he could only see a part of his own body, yet when he saw those instances of something that he did know how he should describe- just like the mixture of a test tube in chemistry, like the product before the universe exploded, unable to be named, hard to describe, that part of his brain that was slumbering would occasionally wake up, but most of the time, Gu Wen Qiao thought, he should be acting gentle enough.
He seemed to be erected at the ends of some place, a place that originally could not be reached.
He seemed like he should be always asleep, but he suddenly half woke up, and awakened a portion of his consciousness.
Thus, the Gu Wen Qiao in the dreams would dream in the dream, with layers upon layers of endless dreams. He could easily break away from them, but there were too many of these dreams, and unlike everything in the dreams where everything was fabricated patterns from the brain, Gu Wen Qiao would always feel, his dreams existed with many souls from the outside. These souls made each and every dream even more stable, but these seemed to be something that a portion of existences were happy to see. The dreams would be controlled by Gu Wen Qiao, but they all would continuously create possibility after possibility of dreaming, using various enticements to make many souls enter within it.
The souls that originally should have died off, when they reached the ends of time, and were unable to calmly accept the summons of death, would struggle and run towards the olive branches the evil gods would reach out with- namely, using a system, using points, to have these souls bearing the airs of death, the many, many souls even more insignificant than ants and mole crickets, to seek to connect onto this gigantic body. However, They were still very worried, anxious like their hearts were burning. The evil gods' hell echoed in the universe, and They would ask: Where is the sleeping pill?
These were all terms that humans could understand. Gods of different myths would communicate, but this kind of sound would be pressed low, afraid of waking up a certain existence, and instead made other listeners feel an indescribable fear, making the listeners' consciousness painfully, arduously tighten, while these muttering whispers spoke of an indescribable anxiety.
Many words spun within, They were discussing names that existed in various myths and legends that were not unfamiliar to many humans.
—— "Where is Skarl?" "Where is Aphrodite?" ...
These restless conversations would occasionally enter Gu Wen Qiao's ears. At that time, those voices would shake and tremble without stop... but after a while, fear would make Them even more anxious, They must find that sleeping pill, that Skarl, that Aphrodite.
This would make Gu Wen Qiao even more exhausted compared to each previous night. He continuously slept, slumbered, while the brain would receive countless dreams at the same time. He did not know why he was here, nor did he know what he wanted to do. He only remembered he came here from a certain place, and wanted to find something- but once he woke up, the human brain was unable to bear this much information, and he would often forget much of it. Of course, in the dream, everything would be cleared up once again, those dreams were peculiar and mysterious, frightening, and yet mystical, but in these past few times, the dreams were different.
His consciousness gathered, and after waking up, as expected, he felt like he forgot about many things again, and only remembered a bit. However, these were not important. Gu Wen Qiao was already accustomed with not overly torturing himself to recall the dreams. He was very sleepy, the entire person seemed like he did not sleep enough, half-opening his eyes, with the eyelids slouched over the jade-green eyeballs. He saw that the side of the face had a bit of a crack in it, knitted his eyebrows, and very naturally smeared something the same colour as his skin in a jar placed by the washbasin on it. Not a moment later, that fissure that was like a crack on porcelain on the skin disappeared, then turned smooth and complete once again.
Gu Wen Qiao looked at the alarm, it showed that it was eleven o' clock in the morning right now. This time, he woke up too early, there was nothing much to do, and thus stood there in a daze. This very handsome and self-important face regularly gave people a kind of pressure that exceeded a noble's. He did not do anything, only stood there, yet make people unbearably hold in their breaths, as though breathing was a kind of offence. His lowered eyelashes and slightly curled fringes did not seem flippant and agile, making people feel like he was very attractive and abstruse.
But in reality, Gu Wen Qiao was only in a daze. When he recalled the bits of memories, the eyelashes up and down lightly made contact, shook, as though he recalled some very unnatural images.
He recalled it, of course.
Even if he looked to be apathetic and self-important at this moment, in reality, his brain was full of fair thighs, as well as those feeble struggles.
He did not understand why was it that these past few nights, he would have those... those seemingly strange dreams.
He looked forward to a bird's arrival in the dream- his memories were all hazy, and only remembered that at the end, when the bird was eating pomegranate from his palms, that sticky feeling brought from the juice of the pomegranate. He dreamt of Chi Yu too, he felt very uncertain, because he had never dreamt of the other person in his dreams before. He dreamed of many people before, many places, but he had never dreamt of Chi Yu, but today, everything was not that right...
Gu Wen Qiao very slowly thought, perhaps, he entered a period of puberty...
It was rumoured that no matter if it was a male or female human, they would all go through puberty. In this period, they would have wet dreams regarding their crushes, just when did he see this introduction the first time around? At that time, he was in a worn down little alley, saw a paper boy riding a bike selling the evening paper, and he coincidentally took up a book... the thin veils in the memories lifted up, his pair of eyes passed through the passage of time, and looked at that yellowed booklet stapled with nails, selling in the capital of this country, resounding with the so-called summons... but because it was too shocking for the world, in that generation, no one actually flipped through it, but Gu Wen Qiao flipped through it, wanting to study a normal human's behaviour.
He recollected it, and thus actually had a bit of a courage. This bit of courage was very frail, yet allowed him to logically say he did not do anything wrong in face of those meandering images at the bottom of his heart.
He actually felt he was at fault- he actually did that to Chi Yu in his mind, what kind of person did Chi Yu like? He probed many times, and he felt like Chi Yu would not like being fantasized in a dream, but the dream has already been done, there was no way to change it, he could n- could not blame him, o-on the human's booklet, it was clearly said like this, he tried his hardest to act like a normal human already.
Gu Wen Qiao felt a kind of vexation, he thought in desperation, wouldn't it be better to just fantasize over a bird.
Chi Yu's legs would clip around his waist, while his fingers wrapped over that adorable round pillar, gently scraping it, squeezing it, stroking it...
And could feel Chi Yu leaning on his chest, shaking.
He wanted to feed him a bit of something, like taking a pomegranate to feed that kingfisher. He felt like that kingfisher was also Chi Yu, and when watching Chi Yu carefully and shamefully sticking his tongue out to lick the liquid from his palm, he was thinking, the bird has come back, where is my cage?
But other memories were also surging in.
Gu Wen Qiao suddenly used strength to grab the washbasin, and the white porcelain edge appeared with a crack, like the crack Gu Wen Qiao saw when looking into the mirror.
He felt the bottom of his body was very hot, very searing, very uncomfortable.
Gu Wen Qiao lowered his head, and saw a very big tent-like bulge rising up beneath the hips
He was very uncertain, let go of his hand, and left the washroom. That washbasin that appeared with a crack had a piece fall off, yet did not draw in Gu Wen Qiao's attention, or perhaps it should be said, Gu Wen Qiao did not feel like he needed to pay attention to these.
There was no need to fix the crack on the washbasin.
The pose he walked with had a slight awkwardness to it.
Once Gu Wen Qiao walked to the living room, he stopped. His brain was in a lot of pain, he wanted to sleep, but his cellphone rung, his lower half was very uncomfortable, also making him feel not that good.
He saw the name on the screen.
Thus, these were no longer important anymore. Turns out today, he woke up all just to pick up Chi Yu's call.
Gu Wen Qiao took up the phone.
"Chi Yu."
On the other side of the phone, Chi Yu opened up with a bit of desperation, "Gu Wen Qiao, are you free, would you like to come out and meet?"
"Yes."
