Let me catch you up a bit. Over the past few months, I've been adjusting to university life. Well… university wasn't quite what I expected. It started off terrible and, honestly, it's been pretty much the same ever since. Not exactly a boost for my mental health.
I kind of withdrew into myself, and, oh yeah, I went through my seasonal depression phase again. Forget about writing chapters—I barely even know where the last few months went.
Anyway… I've been doing a little better these past few weeks. With the new year coming up, I thought, "Why not share a chapter to ring in the new year?" My family always says, "How you start the year is how it will go." So, here's hoping!
